I have been to this Starbucks many times over the last couple years and, every time, the drive thru is unbearably SLOW. Just now, I only had 4 cars in front of me and it took a half an hour just to order. Another 5-10 minutes for my order with only one person in front of me.
The line is always insanely long, too long for even the parking lot. I think the people that say this one is fast have not been to many Starbucks… or maybe even only this one. I’ve lived in many states and been to many and this is so slow I often just leave.
On a positive note, the employees always seem very nice and friendly. The orders are made correctly. I would come here a lot more frequently it if wasn’t an hour of time spent just to get a couple Frappuccinos…

Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but I’m fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.

This Starbucks has the rudest employees. I completed my order with their app a few minutes before I arrived when I saw there was not a long line. When I got to the drive thru, there were no cars. I indicated that I had a mobile order. I was scolded by the person on the other end that they just received my order and that I should order at least 10 minutes ahead of time and that she was all by herself. I am not sure why it mattered if she had my order already.
Last year, I had an issue where I was told to reenter the line after already waiting a half hour in line. They had my food order which they gave me, but not my drink order. The line was twice as long now and they were closing in a half hour. I asked why they couldn’t give me my drink now. All I got was that if I didn’t get out of line, they couldn’t give anyone else their drink. They knew what I ordered, but for some stupid reason they couldn’t make it. All I got, was to go to the back of the line and probably wait a half hour for them to close and I wouldn’t get my drink anyways. I had to call customer service to cancel the drink order.
I have never had issues like this at any other location. If I can, I usually try to avoid this location even though it’s the closest to my house.
Update (9/25): The service at this location has gone from bad to excellent. I have had nothing but friendly service.

They wield their shaker with the precision of a master artisan, ensuring that the coconut milk doesn’t merely exist in the drink but becomes one with it—swirling and blending into the strawberry açaí base like a perfectly choreographed ballet. No separation. No weird marbling. Just a smooth, velvety symphony of flavor.

Original Review: I love Starbucks but this particular location’s time estimates on the app are NOT even close to accurate. Twice now the app has said my drink would be ready in 3-6 minutes and I’ve gotten there and had to wait 45 minutes for my drink ticket to even print. If I had known they were so busy I wouldn’t have even ordered. This was on a Thursday at like 1pm so there were a few others who were stressed and stated they needed to be back at work. There had to have been 25+ people waiting for their drink inside the store. People were irritated. The employees were irritated. This location really needs to fix this issue, for everyones sake. When I finally did get my drink it was made correctly and tasted great, but I am just not willing to risk being late for work and will not be returning to this location.
UPDATE 10 months later: I decided to return to this location out of convenience and had a great experience so I decided to return again. Another great experience. I’ve now consistently been going to this location again and have not experienced long wait times whatsoever. When I have ordered through the app the time estimates have been correct and when I go through the drive thru it moves very quickly. Everyone is always really friendly and drinks always taste great!

The two ladies on shift today and the gentleman was so nice. I went for a target exclusive Starbucks cup they was just putting on shelves I asked and they gave it to me with no issue. It was well worth the $21 and 25 minute trip! Thank you guys so much!

This place takes FOREVRR!!!! There are 5 workers and all seem to be doing online orders and drive through orders. Don’t bother getting down because you’ll be waiting for 15+ minutes for your order. It seems like all Starbucks locations work on online orders first so do that before going!

Placed a mobile order that was estimated for 7-9 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes from the time of order and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my drink. The entire store was filled with people waiting for their orders. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for 11 years and never experienced this.
