This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I wasn’t greeted when I stood in front of the counter. The staff who took my order had a ton, I repeat, a TON of attitude because I took a while to decide what I wanted (when it was just 1-2 mins MAX). I also heard her complaining to her coworkers on how I literally tried extending the wait time for the other customers AND her. I felt extremely uncomfortable but couldn’t leave because I already paid for my drink. If I were to drive down to the Starbucks at Busch’s I swear I’d get a 200% better service, which I should have done at the first place. I highly not recommend this location!

So-called background music is almost as loud as the coffee grinder. The store has limited seating yet two – two!! – tables are taken by employees’ stuff. For shame.

I was in today 2/16/26 and asked for a drink to be remade with the foam being double blended, “iO” I believe was this awesome persons name, met me with such kindness in a world so quick to be annoyed! Lillian was amazing!!! I was having trouble with my giftcards and my mobile order and she showed me how to combine them all together! Such a headache saver!!! The order was done so fast, the whole place was super busy and the accuracy was on-point! I usually only come here when I have giftcards, but this store was so good I might come back anyway!

No music being played like most locations kinda kills the usual Starbucks vibe. You have no choice but to overhear everyone else’s conversations including the employees. Manager has a whole 4 person table “reserved” for himself (laptop on the table) for whenever he feels like sitting down. 1/1/26 Service is good employees are friendly but no music and Mgrs entitlement is why no 5 stars.

Will I go defend them on fb when people get angry about them going on strike for a day? 100%. Will I support a union? 100%.

But this Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Consistently 10+ min behind the estimated app time. If you show up to the drive though with an online order and it’s been within 5 minutes of it being placed, they will be so passive aggressive it’s insane.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the employees are so kind and such a great experience but the drinks…. Not so much. Every time I go there it seems they get my drinks wrong, last time they forgot the sugar cookie syrup in my latte and this time they just handed me a cup of cold brew with nothing in it, they’re should’ve been milk and cold foam. I know they get busy all the time but is it really that hard to put milk in a cup of coffee?

I usually order a double shot of espresso and put it in a venti cup so i’m able to get all the coffee and ice that i pay for, and it’s always filled to the top so why does my coffee not even filled up halfway, i also ordered extra cold foam and went to the drive way when i got the notification that it was ready, but when i pulled up they said they were still working on my order, if my order was still being worked on how is my cold foam all melted when they handed it to me

I’ve held my tongue long enough. But every single time I come in to this location that manager, Heather, is in there screaming at her poor employees. I’ve seen one girl close to tears while still hustling and doing her job. I’ve seem a nice man getting yelled at for a simple mistake. Another one getting yelled at for dishes of all things. Just this Thursday I came in to her screaming at all of those poor people for just doing their jobs. This woman needs to learn how to manage her emotions before she is allowed to manage an entire store. She cannot be slamming cabinets, yelling at her employees, and being rude to every customer she sees.
