Just went in out of two items I only got one, the lady looked at me like it if I didn’t know what I talking about, had to order again and def terrible drink they gave me. The matcha wasn’t even mixed well. Never coming back to this Starbucks.

I’m used to “Welcome to Starbucks” there was no acknowledgment that a customer just came through the door nobody even looked up. I’ve been to plenty of busier Starbucks at least one person would acknowledge. My coffee and snack were both great thank you for your service.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and got helped by the wonderful Taylor! Her attitude and attentiveness was so welcoming and upbeat. I was honestly having a hard morning, and she completely turned my morning around. And not to mention, my drink was amazing! I’m not sure who made it, but kudos too you! went through and ordered a matcha. the first one was undrinkable. it was full of clumps. the second one came out, and was even worse than the first. i didn’t even get to drink either and tossed them.

This is supposed to be a grande hot chocolate, I opened the lid (having not taken a single sip). The line about halfway down the empty portion appears to be where the whipped cream was filled to and has since melted—even so, when paying for a grande drink there tends to be an expectation that you’re paying for 16oz. My last number of trips to this Starbucks have resulted in similar issues.
Please fill the drinks to the level people are paying for.

This location is very busy, and staff seems to have no sense of urgency. Received notification that my mobile order was ready (est time was 15-18 mins), but only part of the order was ready. Had to wait an additional 5-8 minutes for last drink to be made. Also, I ordered a venti white peppermint mocha iced coffee and received regular peppermint mocha iced coffee. Did not have time to wait to have the drink to be remade since we were late for an event we had to be at due to it taking 25 mins to make the first drinks.
