Great access right off highway and large parking lot. Bathrooms were clean. The outside area looked nice when it isn’t so hot. Employees were attentive and quickly got my order together. I would recommend this starbucks!

I travel a lot for business, and have probably visited at least 100 Starbucks locations by now. I’m always so impressed with this location – friendly staff, prompt service, cleanly, checks all the boxes. I have noticed over the years the manager is consistently team building and planning. Virtually every time I visit, the TEAM is working like a team should. Kudos to them and the manager. Great place to stop between Chicago and Indy.

Great stop on our way to Tennessee! We swung by this Starbucks on a Saturday morning at 8:30am and were impressed by the cleanliness of the store and bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking our order right away. We picked up some delicious Frappuccinos, brownies, and chocolate croissants – perfect for the road. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back. Great service and great treats!

I visited today and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The person taking my order was quite rude. She cut me off mid-sentence and gave me the total before I had even finished placing my order. To make matters worse, I asked for a Strawberry Açaí Refresher with added boba. Not only were there no strawberries in the drink, but the straw provided was completely unsuitable for drinking boba.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. When I politely asked an employee for straws for our drinks, she rudely responded that she was “too busy” to help us. As paying customers, we expect at least basic courtesy and attention. Everyone gets busy, but there’s no excuse for being disrespectful. A simple acknowledgment or asking us to wait would have been much more appropriate. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the establishment and makes me question whether I’ll return.
