Poor. Horrible. Will not go back. I go to this Starbucks every week. I have the app and I had a coupon on the app to use for add a shot of espresso to my drink. I ordered a tea and I asked for the espresso on the side. After arguing with the manager about how she explained their system would not allow them to do this. I explained. It’s not a system issue. It’s a human issue because instead of pouring the shot into the tea as “a modifier, does that make sense” as she kept asking me. She then provided me a shot of espresso after saying she was not going to serve me because I am rude. Literally served me a tablespoon of possibly espresso. Which I don’t believe it to be.

I walked in to place a coffee order with no one in line and there might have been 3 people seated. I placed my one cup of coffee order. I could see person after person walk in for a mobile order and pick up at the counter. I waited 10 minutes and checked in with the barista who informed me there were STILL 10 drinks in front of my order. This seems like a pretty poor business model if drive thru and mobile orders take priority over an actual human in your store who places an order directly with the barista. I asked for a refund. I should not have to utilize your app to get a quicker coffee.

The initial service was great but they forgot my drop coffee and seemed frustrated at me about ordering it. I went through the drive through the next day and they forgot one of the ingredients in my daughters drink. The cafe was pretty dirty and parking was a little tricky. People were just parking on the side of the road. I would definitely go down the road and try one of the other ones.

This was my first office for the day and first coffee, spending about 3 hours here with their wifi. The coffee was the same as usual, the seating was comfortable and the place did not fill up with customers.
It’s a Starbucks and is similar to others. But at 6am, they were open and that’s why I was here. If other coffee shops would please open earlier, I would go there instead!

Almost empty inside, but it took a strangely long time to get our order. When I asked about it, the cashier told me she was off duty and that there were only two people left. The way she said it made it sound like I was the problem for asking. I’ve been stopping here for many years on the drive between Cincinnati and Chicago, but after this visit I’m inclined to find another location.

Average Starbucks with the usual range of coffee and other beverages. Basic snacks are available and limited in door seating. Two restrooms also available in store but at time of visiting were not the cleanest but it was also quite a busy time, with a number of people waiting in line to use, presumably because of the close proximity off the freeway. Drive thru and parking also available, easy to find straight off the freeway. Fast and friendly service.

I made an online order and my sister went to pick it up for me and they refused to give it to her because they had too many names under my name. I go myself to get a refund- instead I just ask them to make a new drink and instead of that they wouldn’t and they gave me the original that has been SITTING ON THE COUNTER FOR 30 MINUTES. Shitty cold brew this morning from a shitty Starbucks. Do not recommend
