went this morning and ordered on the app, when I got to the window they told me they didn’t have the syrup needed to make my drink so I would have to choose another drink and a refund WASN’T optional. My OG drink was $7 and I told them well I already paid more for the drink I ordered so I’m basically getting ripped off atleast $2 and all they said was they couldn’t do a refund because it was “through the app” absolutely ridiculous. I paid $7 for a cup of coffee I didn’t even want because they didn’t give me another option

Normally I dont go to this Starbucks, i waited patiently in line while the cashier helped the lady infront of me with her app for about 5mins then it was my turn. I placed my order, she never asked me what my name was, if I had a starbucks app, she didnt even tell me what my amount was she just pointed to screen. Ok fine. When I looked at the name screen for orders that are ready/pickup she named me tempssss. She ask the lady in front of me and the gentleman behind me his name but I was called tempssss. The gentleman behind me had to tell me Miss I think thats your order they are calling. I’ve never had this experience before.

Now for reference , I haven’t had a migraine in several months. My latte was very bitter. It wasn’t Good at all and i’m used to it being milky and creamy. Later in the day, I had this terrible migraine and I’m sure it’s because of the burnt coffee.

Have driven through drive- thru several times lately and been told dark roast was dripping and would be several minute wait. Went by today and drive thru was closed 11 am- 2pm. On a DOUBLE STAR day!! I mostly just want black coffee but the ” struggle is real” to get it. I wish their darn coffee wasn’t SO ADDICTING or I would just give up.

Waited 22 mins in drive through for 2 cups of coffee. One caramel frap the other a which mocha. White mocha was only 3/4 full (being generous on that). As an avid Starbucks drinker not too happy with your Newburgh location.

I love coming to this starbucks. You have employees like Kiah, who recommended a different style drink when they didnt have any brown sugar in. Your staff is always so sweet and inviting and Kiah is a ptime example of this. Keep it up!!

Guy at the drive thru was slinging them this morning. Once the slow order was passed through the man had everyone ready and moving. The next several cars didn’t even have to come to a stop!
