the employees are nice and the coffee and food is on par with any other starbucks, but the wait time at this location is absolutely ridiculous. i have been to many a starbucks, even a starbucks in an airport moved faster than here. also the drive-thru is the worst, the length is short and you can never fit enough cars for the amount of people coming through the drive through.
although the food and service is fine, the location is lack luster and makes for an unpleasant experience.

Always enjoy going into our Bedford Store. I’ve been in tons of starebucks, all over the states. They are always consistent in service. They know my name and drink. No, I don’t go there every day and do switch it up.

The workers at this Starbucks were so nice and polite. My beverage was perfect. It was really early in the morning but the workers all seemed happy to be there. The restroom was really clean and smelled good and the waiting area was clean. The displays were well kept and everything looked clean. Great job to everyone at this location! It’s pretty busy though so you may have to be careful where or when you park. It really needs more parking space if you’re talking about a downfall.

I love Starbucks and this location has great staff! Starbucks finally came out an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich…and it’s amazing! They waited to get it right and man did they hit the mark! The sausage is seasoned perfectly and better than any other veggie ‘meat’ breakfast sandwich I’ve had…and I’ve tried a lot! Also, the artisan type bread is crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The whole combination of artisan bread, egg, perfectly seasoned sausage, melted cheese makes this incredible!

Finally getting the service others always receive. Glad that calls to the store mgr who didn’t care, and the regional mgr who want all that interested in my plight but finally they are stepping up to the plate. Bummed it took two calls to get it.

I go here almost every morning and get the exact same order. (Some employees know it by heart even!) But i wish there was consistency. Usually it’s about 5 out of 7 days of the week my coffee tastes right. For example this morning i ordered hazelnut syrup in my coffee and got brown sugar instead but i didnt know until i was already home because the tag said hazelnut. So why would i think it would be anything else. This has happened more than it should. My other drink unfortunately is burnt this morning, too.
I did notice that the barista was also running the drive thru alone. So I’m sympathetic to the fact she was busy. But we pay A LOT of money for this coffee and look forward to it. So the coffee being good and made correct 7 out of 7 days of the week is somewhat expected.
I would like to add that the male barista with the glasses at this location is awesome. when i see him i know my coffee will be exactly as it should be. He is ALWAYS consistent and fast. I always look into the building when pulling up to the drive thru to see if hes there.
