The customer service is not there. I stopped by after a 12 hour shift to use my birthday reward. I put in a mobile order for in-store pickup and waited to go in until I got the notification my drink was ready. When I walked up to ask since I didn’t see it sitting out, the girl at the register was less than helpful. All I was able to say was “I put in a mobile order” before she interrupted with, “oh yeah it will be down there when it’s ready.” She quickly pointed to the other end of the counter then turned around and went over to help making drinks. I had no chance to ask her to check on the status of the order. Then I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes with no follow-up and no drink. When I finally went back up to ask about it again, the girl grabbed my drink from off the drive-thru counter and quickly said “oh someone set it in the wrong spot.” No apology, nothing. What should have been a hot latte was just warm by this point. I was over it so I took the drink and left. I won’t be back if this is the level of service being offered here. The same worker was unnecessarily rude to another customer while I was there as well.

The coffee is just fine. Standard Starbucks. My biggest complaint is the staff. Their customer service is terrible. Every time i come in, they ignore me. I am left waiting for about 5 mins. The employees act like they are doing you a favor. The lady who owns or trains the employees is no different. She will stare at you if you bring a laptop to work. It’s definitely not a friendly place to study. I always feel unwelcome. The location on tillotson is night and day. Go there.

They were out of drink carriers so they helped me out and got a box from the back, and even helped me get to the car with it when I picked up our large order for my work. So kind and helpful! I really appreciated the treatment I received going here even with such a large order.

11/12/25… Tried again and here we are with the order wrong. Deep sigh, Starbucks. What the heck is so hard about adding sweetener packets? Why do I have to keep them in my car for these moments? The Daleville location has never gotten it wrong. Guess I’ll stick with driving 15 miles for an accurate order.

I’ve avoided this location for months. Happened to think you know what let’s give it a try today much to my demise. I did a mobile order 30 minutes ago and I’m still sitting in the drive-thru waiting on it. Go out of your way to go to a different one because this is completely unexcusable.

Update 4/4/24… So yesterday the app wasn’t working and they had to actually take the order. I asked the person that the drive-thru if they had added the sweetener like I had requested. She confirmed that they did on both drinks. About a mile down the road I tried both of them and realized that all I got was steamed almond milk, no espresso, no sweetener etc. So I turned around, went back, and they tried to correct me even though it’s the same drink I get every single day. So today, the app is working. I thought great, hopefully there won’t be any issues. There was nobody in the drive-thru when I went around to pick up my beverages. When I gave her my cup, she filled it and proceeded to just stand there and chit chat with her co-workers. She finally opens up the window gives it back, I lid it, and sure enough, it’s barely lukewarm. If I had time to go to a different location I would but I shouldn’t have to leave my house 15 minutes earlier just to avoid what looks like a new pattern of problems going forward. I would be more understanding if they had been slammed etc but after the problems yesterday and then today, there’s no excuse for it. If you have the time, avoid this location

Update Valentine’s Day 2024… I come in here everyday and order the exact same thing. Today, I ordered two of them because I was taking one to a co-worker. I never have to check it to make sure my coffee is made right since they’ve been spot on for months now. Imagine both my surprise and disdain when I took the first sip after starting my half an hour drive to work and realized that my coffee is completely wrong. So I took a chance and took a sip of the one I was gifting to somebody and, sure enough, it was wrong as well. So now I’m stuck, $15 later with two coffees that no one’s going to drink. Crazy disappointed today.

Even when they’re busy, they are on point with my drink order. Mobile orders tend to be done sooner than you would expect. They always welcome guests with a greeting and keep the facility clean.

I puchase a lot of their black ice tea. I always get it with light ice. Whoever made it did not make it with light ice. When I asked about it they informed me it was made with light ice. I even showed it to them. They informed me it was made with light ice. I was so mad! I hqve bought this exact tea in many different cities and countries. This is not the first time it was made incorrectly, but it was the first time I was lied to and they didnt even offer to make it right.

I ordered a “latte” with a quad shot of espresso. As you can see from the picture I got vanilla and caramel syrup with some water over ice. Waited in line for 20 mins. So yah I’m not driving back to wait another 20 mins. How do you forget the coffee at a coffee place.
