The vi hot mocha was very bitter, cup was filled 3/4 full. Wait time the drive thru was terrible was there 14 min I turned my car off. Could see a girl that was filling one cup ( I ordered 2 large) arguing with some some with the empty cup in hand. This went on for a few mins. I finally get my coffee but only one had to wait about 2 1/2 mins before I got my second in one. $12.73. not worth it my first and last time for starbucks. Thought it was gonna be so good. So very disappointed and not worth the money at all. Circle k cappuccino French vanilla is better than this stuff. I will add that the drive thru cashier apologized for the wait twice.

I said it was incorrect, the girl remadeThey remained it second one still not correct, has no milk in it. All they did was put tea bags in the hot water and the vanilla syrup. I ordered two hot chocolates with pistachio flavoring. When ordering, the employee repeated it back as “milk with pistachio,” and I immediately corrected her and said hot chocolates with pistachio. She said okay.
When we got to the window, we were handed milk with pistachio, exactly what I had corrected earlier. We waited until the window was opened again to explain that the drinks were wrong. The employee responded with an attitude and said, “Most people get milk with pistachio,” which wasn’t relevant to what we ordered.
She remade the drinks, but when we tried them, the pistachio flavoring was completely missing, which felt intentional and unprofessional. At that point, we left without finishing the drinks.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and an unnecessary attitude. We won’t be returning to this location.

This Starbucks usually pretty busy but they’ve always done well to deliver great service and products. I work in customer service so it’s nice to see great service in other areas. Something I noticed the most was the cute notes they wrote on my cups staying “stay strong” and “enjoy” it’s the little that’s matter and can really make someone’s day regardless of the busy hours and chaos that goes on inside!

Yesterday I ordered a pumpkin cream chai latte and they made a regular Chai latte. Fine, whatever…drank it anyway. Today, from pulling up to the order screen to pick up window, it took 20 minutes from ordering to get to the pick up window. 6 cars ahead of me, took forever for everyone to get their order. I couldn’t wait any longer once I got to the window, the order wasn’t ready and I still hadn’t paid yet. I left because waiting 20 minutes in line was ridiculous and I had 20 minutes before having to start work near by. Ridiculous at how slow paced they moved. Inside didn’t look busy either, so no excuse for each customer to take more than 3 minutes to wait for one drink.

This is not the drink I ordered. Its suppose to be completely frozen with strawberry puree for the iced energy frozen citrus and instead looks like strawberry puree mixed with ice blended with milk. My boyfriend usually likes the drink when I get it but said it tastes like milk and he’s lactose intolerant. This was from the Starbucks in New Albany IN on state street and I don’t recommend!
