Nice workers, but very unfortunate drink experience.. There was twice as much ice as my drink, and they told me that it is a standard amount. I wish that it was mentioned somewhere that if I get a drink at Starbucks I just get flavored ice.

I placed a mobile order on the app for a tea latte…received a regular tea. Was already down the interstate before I realized they hadn’t prepared my drink properly. I called to ask for them to simply refund the difference in price but was told I would have to come back to the store or call another number. Apparently they don’t have the technology to issue a couple dollar refund. Not sure how a giant coffee corporation doesn’t have the technology to issue a refund from the store as I’m sure I am not the first person to be given the wrong order. I guess that’s how they get you— i’m not a regular patron of Starbucks and this is just yet another reason to not be.

The store is worn, unkept, and just felt dirty. It took 18 minutes to receive three frappes. No one else in the store except one person on his computer, saw two cars go through drive through, and three employees behind the counter. We weren’t greeted or thanked or even acknowledged when I picked up our drinks at the counter.

They really outdid themselves today .. its a whole new barista crew that i dont recognize .. but i went in for 2 drinks and got 2 drinks one was a plain pepermint frap and one was a drink i let the barista choose .. well i am loving how she made the second one

I dont understand. Everytime i go to this particular starbucks, my cup is always just half of what it is at any other starbucks. This is the 3rd time. I always order a venti and half of it is just foam.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks! The service was absolutely top-notch — quick, efficient, and with a smile every time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit feel warm and personal. You can really tell they care about creating a positive experience for their customers. Fast, friendly service. Not the worker’s fault, but the passion fruit, pineapple refresher is awful. Tastes so fake and the freeze-dried pineapple taste awful. Probably the worst Starbucks drink they’ve come out with.
