Just recently went to pick up mobile to go order, was greeted with a locked door. Typically would not be a problem had I not been sent on a work errand and unfortunately on foot. The lobby was closed, and drive thru only, but as I just stated, I was on foot. There was not an option for me to come back and go through the drive thru. They are very busy, being a barista is hard, and that location is always packed. But there was an employee, who might have been management, sitting in the lobby. Not only did we make eye contact, and she flat out ignored me, but when I finally did get her attention to flash her a note trying to see if someone could hand it to me out the window, she with such hate and vitriol in her face aggressively mouth no. You would have thought I flash her my bare naked butt. I found that to be incredibly tacky and disrespectful, flat out rude. We frequent this Starbucks a lot since I also work in this plaza, but don’t think I’ll being going back. Is my patronage as a single customer enough to be missed? Not likely. But that’s fine. I’m just making sure I get all avenues covered letting upper management know how I felt.

My wife, family and I were driving through on our way home from Tennessee. My wife ordered through the mobile app and went into the store to wait for our 2 drinks. It was busy but still assumed that the drinks would come out soon. After 30 minutes waiting she tried to have the barista cancel the order and refund the money. She was promptly told they could not cancel and she would have to do it through the app. No apologies, not remorse for taking so long. My wife went to the app and was not able to cancel the order and was not provided assistance. 15 minutes(so 45 minutes) after walking in we finally got our 2 drinks. There was no apologies for taking so long. My wife was able to get a refund thru customer service line, however this does not take the negative taste out of our mouths for the poor customer experience and inconvenience for the time we wasted standing there. I would love it if a customer service representative or person in a management capacity could reach out to myself or her for further feedback about this situation.

Whoever staffed starbucks on Saturday October 25th 2025 at exactly 3p are the bomb! They were so relatable and fun! They helped with my order and just super cool and patient. Great job guys! Keep it up! You made me smile and my girls. They need a raise!

Service is crap. Employees are the slowest moving Starbucks employees I’ve ever seen. The blonde girl at the drive thru acts like she can ONLY work the drive thru. If you enjoy your sanity DO NOT GO to this location. I will be calling to speak to the GM.

My granddaughter recorded our experience here. Permission was given to do so. Everyone was friendly and respectful about it.
We only hit a couple small snags. One, was that she ordered a Unicorn Cake Pop but they forgot to give it to us until we went asking for it, which they promptly did, and the other was that the person that took our order, heard her name wrong, which I believe happens rather often.
Not too big of a deal. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. The building is nice and seems well kept. The staff was very friendly.
I won’t be posting the video experience, given it is a 9 year old doing the recording. She had fun doing it though. Pictures pulled from the video added.

There was an issue in the store but the luckily sweet manager handled it well and gave my daughter free cake pops! I love this store and will come again

Worst experience ever! We placed an order at the drive through, and it appeared correct on the screen but was incorrect when we received it. We asked the cashier if it was our order and she said that it was. When we explained to her that we didn’t receive what we ordered, she became very belligerent and insisted that we received the correct order. We didn’t want to argue, so we’d said we’d just take the wrong drink because we were tired from spending the day at Payton Manning’s Hospital for Children. She then said she’d make a new one even though it wasn’t what we ordered. We waited for the drink and it was still wrong. We just left – so sad.

I was surprised to get a cluster of matcha on my first sip so I opened the drink to find a BUNCH of clusters. It was bitter not made properly at all and I had to throw it all out.

I go to this Starbucks daily. Typically it’s a great experience, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However today I went there and got a totally different experience. I ordered a drink that I have ordered many times before, but when I got the drink it looked much different than what it usually does. There’s obviously something missing or something included that shouldn’t be. I told the barista, an older lady with glasses, she seemed offended. She then proceeded to tell me that the way she made it was exactly how they ALWAYS are made. She indicated that I ordered it wrong, which after looking at the label, it’s clear I didn’t. She was extremely rude, and without fixing the drink or hearing me out she condescendingly and totally rude said “ you have a nice day”. The drink I ordered was a paradise drink. Picture of what I got is attached, as well as a picture of what it should look like. The drink I got was very dark, like orange juice. I’ve never seen it made this way, and further more it’s disgusting, very sour.
