I meant to post this during the holidays and I completely forgot until now. I went in one evening on a Saturday and it was 9:29. I had no idea that they closed at 9:30, I was trying to pick up hot chocolate before going to look at Christmas lights. Anyhow, I walked in and asked what time they closed and Eliana told me they close at 9:30. I looked at my watch with complete horror being “that customer.” I told Elaina I would leave and I was so apologetic having worked in customer service myself, but I just wanted to mention how kind she was. She smiled, she was gracious and she treated me like any other customer regardless of the time. I was so grateful that I was able to go look at Christmas lights and not freeze! My hot chocolate was made perfect and she even asked me if I wanted a little mocha drizzle added on top instead of rushing to make my drinks and get me out the door. Instead of being rude or irritable towards me, she was professional, she was kind, she was helpful. She went the extra mile. I was so very appreciative. Thank you.

I ordered a, Iced Venti Gingerbread Latte with Oat milk & for the first time ever it was the worst drink ive EVER had at Starbucks!! It was only this one! I’ve had quite a few GL’s prior so I know what they’re supposed to taste like. First I noticed there was no whip. Ok, no big deal. However, the very first sip and it tasted like a huge cup of liquid big red gum!!! Bleck! I thought, ok maybe it just needs to be mixed a bit. NOPE! Still awful! I ended up throwing it away & I’ve NEVER thrown away a drink from Starbucks. ‍♀️

Just had an amazing experience I had to brag about today. The barista Kylie I(‘m not sure if I’m spelling it right) is absolutely amazing!! Its red cup day which I know is a busy day for all Starbucks. I called another store to see if they had any cups left and was told yes it would be with my pickup order to find out they gave away my cups before I got there. I was a little upset because literally was told 5 min before they had mine put aside. I’m not a mean person and just said ok I’ll try another one and tried this location at Douglas and Main. I called and talked to Kylie and she made sure ingot my cup. She is absolutely amazing. I know it’s just a cup but her customer service and kindness is exactly what you would want in a person ❤️

Good inside, but they never get my order right. They always give me ice on no ice drinks. I’ve added toppings that they don’t add or add the wrong ones EDIT: Since starbucks has replied. There have been times i’ve told the workers it was made wrong. I don’t like causing problems from workers especially when they look stressed. Every time i’ve pointed out my order is wrong (even when it says “add” or “no” on the tag) they roll their eyes and give me attitude. It’s no longer worth the hassle to tell the employees here it’s wrong. All they do is give attitude back.

Im sitting waiting for my items then get asked did i want a straw. Then A Very rude mananger, comes up to the window and says we can’t fill ur drink all the way because you ordered no ice. (I paid for the full drink) and u know, i understand policy. Im not oblivious. Even tho every other starbucks fill it but whatever. Not that deep. But Its the fact i didnt say anything about that she just assumed I was complaining so she came at me rude about it. I spend money daily at Starbucks but went to this location since I was at the store next to it…I will never be back to this location. The people there need a re-course on customer service..

Today I was totally disappointed I order the same thing everyday Carmel Micchiato if there was any Carmel in it it was left at starbucks….horrible Carmel on top of lid that’s about it, so today I went back and got my free Drink thanks to the owner! It was the best yet, l loaded my card back up with another $25 ! Thanks again

The first thing I was asked was to leave a tip, they had the tip screen held out the window before I even rolled up. Then when I said I was doing cash, they asked me if I’d like to leave my 86 cents as a tip.

Quit asking for tips. You’re payed an hourly wage, if you have to beg for tips like that, starbucks should be paying their employees more.
