I ordered an iced macchiato, And they gave me a room temp macchiato with NO ICE. I mean how do you mess up one of the easiest drinks there when its in the name of the drink ICED..? I also asked when I went into the store if I had to show the co-worker anything like a code or my order number and they just shook their head no turned around and walked away, so literally anyone can steal your order or tamper it since its just sitting on the table. Unfortunately I was in a rush since I had originally ordered this ahead of time so that I could pick it up on my way to work with ease. I also pre-ordered this through doordash for pickup since the Starbucks app doesn’t have a “schedule ahead” feature on the app.
update: i dont see how this is doordash’s issue when your coworkers made the drink wrong? If u ordered one with “no ice” it would say so on the ticket. I order the same drink every morning and it has the same exact ticket. But anyways i did contact doordash and all they were able to do was refund me $2 for the mess you made. Two whole dollars for a 8$ drink that wasn’t made correctly, and went to waste all because of YOUR employees not doordash. I do not see how this is doordash’s issue. You can’t blame doordash when your company printed the label, put it on my drink, read the ticket label, and still made my drink incorrectly. And now you’re ignoring my complaint by saying its doordash’s problem ?

I have never had a beverage so disgusting from Starbucks that I felt the need to make a review but the drink I received from this location was so bad I chucked it down the drain. How do you manage to make an iced banana bread matcha not taste sweet?? If I wanted just a bitter nasty beverage filled with 80 percent matcha powder and some milk to back it up, I woulda asked for that instead. Mind you I’ve gone to plenty of other locations and never felt the need to complain about how bad it tasted because it’s a followed recipe. Sorry but seeing the other negative reviews consistently I’m disappointed to say my experience followed suit

literally one of the most unprofessional Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to. For a place who pays $15 a hour plus tips they sure do act like they hate their jobs. They rush to get you out as fast as possible even when its not even busy inside. I think thats also why they can’t even make your order correctly. I get the same exact drink every time but only at this starbucks do the drinks come out tasting completely sour like they dont even add the extra pumps that i asked for. Bunch of non verbal teenagers who can’t even say you’re welcome when you say thank you. They just turn away blank faced back to talking to their friends. Reading the reviews and responses it doesn’t even seem like theyre taking accountability or making changes towards better customer service. So sad to see such a good franchise be brought down by poor management and employees.. Do better guys we have enough things to be upset about the last thing we need are workers who act like theyre there making coffee against their will!

I specifically asked for minimum ice in my Iced espresso, and they successfully did NOT fulfill my request. My cup is 3/4 ice and 1/4 coffee. Do not come here expecting them to satisfy your orders directions.

Hit Or Miss!
Service here is usually great but the wait times are a bit ridiculous expect to wait about 10-30 min for your order especially in drive thru maybe 10-15 if you walk inside. Regardless placing orders through the app your always told since you just placed its going to be a wait and to pull to the window mind you I place it about 5-10 min before I arrive that’s plenty enough time to finish the order. I only ever get 2 brown sugar shaken espressos and those take like 20 min to make for some reason. Although it may take about the same time in afternoon to get my order at least its always correct. Doesn’t matter if I ask them to remake the drink in morning they usually just hand ne the same thing twice so whats the point

Amazing service by Dom. Great coffee and fresh food. It was indeed a good charge for our roadtrip.
They’ve plenty of merchandise and latest selection of beverages. She was kind to offer me filtered water as I didn’t want coffee. She also let me taste the passion tea.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was rude and completely unprofessional from start to finish. The employees were disrespectful, dismissive, and clearly have no idea how to treat customers. It’s sad to see a place run with so much arrogance and so little respect for the people who actually keep them in business. I’ll never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service or basic courtesy.

My visit to this Starbucks was really disappointing. The service was slow, and the barista barely acknowledged me while taking my order. When I finally got my drink, it didn’t taste anything like what I ordered — it was watered down and bitter. The place didn’t feel very clean either, which made the experience even worse. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon.
