My drink was rushed. I usually order coffee here, I think it was 2 different baristas, some days the matcha is drinkable, but today the matcha was so bitter I couldn’t drink it, too bad.

Honestly by far my favorite Starbucks location. I just recently began going to this location and I mainly order thru the app so I can just walk in and out, but my order is always ready to go, except for once. It was still being made but when I walked in I was greeted, acknowledge and asked “which one ya looking for?” Immediately!! Which I loved. Those are the main things working customer service, greeting and helping!! The staff is always so welcoming when you enter and acknowledge as you are leaving with a “have a great day!” I know the staff is busy but that simple gesture of acknowledging you is awesome and very much appreciated. Keep up the great work you guys! Xo

This is now my favorite location that I drive out of my way to go to. My drinks are 99.5% made right and the baristas are always positive and welcoming. The other .5% (one time out of many) they filled my venti drink with more ice than liquid. But even with that one mistake, they are still great!

Angel who cashed me out was real nice so this is just for the girl who made my drink who seemed in a rush and had an attitude or maybe because I wasn’t “Sharon” or “Shannon” which gets priority I guess cause she’s a regular customer but ordered after me and got her order before me.. anyways.. I ordered two iced matcha lattes with chocolate cold foam (not my first time ordering this drink or ordering another drink with cold foam so I know how it’s supposed to look especially if I’m paying $1+ extra for it) she gave me the drinks, the matcha wasn’t mixed in or she just dumped it in the cup or something because clumps were all over the cup, the chocolate cold foam was just bubbles of matcha and it was just like a line of chocolate cold foam (I don’t know how to explain it but it just wasn’t right) so I asked shouldn’t it be fluffier because I didn’t know what other word to use and I was trying to explain it and I said “like fluffier? You know what I mean?” And the girl said “sure” while walking away with a condescending tone. I asked for my money back even though she offered to make it again but I didn’t want her making my drinks with that attitude so I got my money back and went to 9150 Calumet Ave Starbucks (which is my usual place) and below are photos of how it’s supposed to look. Hopefully the girl who made the drinks today sees this and does better next time.

UPDATE: This location is constantly letting me down. Today is my birthday, so someone went to pick up my coffee for me, otherwise I would’ve said something there. There’s barely any Cinnamon Dolce flavor, and only a couple ice cubes. I asked for 8 pumps and extra ice. It’s not a really big deal, but it happens all the time. The only way I can fix this right now is just to add some extra sugar.

I rarely have a problem here, but when I do it’s a big one. What has happened to the breakfast wraps? I ordered one this morning and it was flat and squished. It used to be so much better.

I didn’t go inside today. I mainly go through the drive thru. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Very friendly and helpful. And my orders are ALWAYS great. If I am trying something new they’re quick to offer something else.

Went through drive thru, received 2 tall coffees. Lids were not pn and coffee went all over my car, me and my husband and got burnt. Called speak to a manager and she offered me a towel…not an apology but said sometimes we just get bad lids. Won’t return here!
