A very sweet woman helped me at Starbucks at this location around 12:45-ish pm and I wish I had asked for her name! I drove to a further location to get a specific item after first seeing that it was out at a location I was closer to. When I got there, she apologized because they ended up being out as well. I understood because it was completely out of her control and ordered some other items. She was so kind and gave me a credit for next time. Thank you! ♥️

Servers are always incredibly kind but the drinks themselves can be a hit or miss. Frappe may occasionally still have ice chunks, cup might not be lined when requested, refresher might occasionally taste sour. Besides a handful of off orders the place does very well though, so overall gets a solid rating

I have read quite a few reviews that people has posted about Starbucks in Irvington plaza, some I can relate to, some I can’t relate to at all! I have been going to that Starbucks for quite a few years now. So with that being said, I have seen it so busy, both inside and drive thru, please keep in mind that they don’t only have the inside customers, but drive-thru, mobile orders, as well as doordash. Also please keep in mind that they only have 2 espresso machines and we’re talking about a very busy store! So with that in mind, please understand they’re not being rude by no means at least not in my experience of being there when they have been so busy that they are focused on the task at hand, which is making the drinks, greeting customers as they come in, by eitherwith a hello, or hi, thanks for coming in, even saying sorry for the wait, we are very busy which I think is amazing of the baristas for them to acknowledge that you’re their and apologetic for being so busy (which is a good thing) in my eyes. I just want to say for all of those negative reviews, that has not been my experience! Maybe it’s because I understand of how busy they are and how focused they are about getting your drinks right and trying to get the customers out in a timely manner rather it’s drive-thru, mobile orders, doordash, as well as the customers coming in! I really just want to give a shout out to all the employees “baristas” for ALWAYS no matter how busy you are, you still seem greet people with a smile, as well as keeping the store/bathrooms clean! I’m just an average person that visits that in particular Starbucks and have read the negative reviews, please people keep in mind they only have 2 espresso machines trying to get everything right to make sure your coffee is up to your standards, as well as hoping you have a great day! So thank you to all of the baristas, for making my day, even though you are very hard at work trying to make sure you get everything right kudos to you guys!! This is my favorite Starbucks because it has really good hot and juicy feta egg white sandwich. I know it sounds weird and if you don’t go to the right Starbucks, it’s not as good because they’re usually not hot enough to melt the cheeses.
Early in the morning, they’re open and if they have a line they go through it pretty fast. They are really nice and make great coffees too. I figured out it cost about the same as McDonald’s and tastes a lot better. I get the mocha everywhere. I go when I get a coffee drink and this one actually doesn’t taste like hot milk, but a delicious coffee and chocolate mixture.

I had a horrible birthday but they made my day and was trying to encourage me to keep going in life. I wanted to share the experience that sometimes talking to outside people is the best because the cashier was very sweet and the staff was very sweet ❤️

Let’s start off with when you get walk in with awkward silence like no one is happy to be there. Then the next part might be partially my fault of not purchasing something and using the bathroom, but the part that bothered me was it was for my kid and still no remorse. This is what the lady behind the counter said to me ( it doesn’t matter how hard you push it won’t open ) . I couldn’t tell by the keypad on the door ?. Very disappointing Starbucks do better !!!!

I was doing Door Dash and the representative at the counter was responsive and had the order ready for pick up when I walked into the store. She was friendly but declined to have her photo added to this review…she is the epitome of a excellent service provider.

Went in since drive thru was long and about to Washington Street line was way faster as they were making for drive thru more than inside took 17 minutes for my drink and another 4 for my sandwich. Drive thru probably went through within 10 minutes or less.
