Just stopped in for a late night treat. Got a hot chocolate and some cake pops. I felt so bad that it was closing time when I pulled in last second, but Rene (I hope I spelled her name right) she was so polite and so friendly, by far the best Starbucks location I’ve been too, this was a very positive experience because of her kindness and her willingness to serve me so late. Ordered caramel frap. No caramel. Go back in to have it corrected. Not a big ask. Barista was not happy. Girl make it right. You made my drink wrong. Asked for caramel drizzle. Gave me sass. Asked if it was supposed to come on it. She said shes not thinking right. Maybe shes having a bad day? Poor customer service regardless. Made me feel like I was in the wrong for wanting what I paid for. Not cool.

Absolutely love this location! The staff is so friendly and welcoming as you walk into the door. I have never had an issue with my drink. Love that it is a lot of the same baristas working when I come it because it makes it more personal when walking in.

Went inside store which is usually a bad idea but there were only a few people there so figured would order. 2 coffees took 23 minutes and then when I left one wasn’t a latte it was chai tea but the label said it was a latte. Had to turn around go back in and wait again for correct drink. This isn’t the first time and they are always running out of things especially iced coffee which I’ve never experienced ever as a customer of 15 yrs except at this locationn

Staff was immensely friendly and helpful. I accidentally spilled my drink, and when I tried to get something to clean it up a staff member not only cleaned up my foolish mess but offered to make me another drink. I told her a smaller one was fine, and she still made me another medium.
