This Starbucks is adorable! When I first walked in, I was greeted by staff in the very updated adorable lobby. They have a variety of drinks that you can customize and make your own. Of course I just got my usual. They have a variety of food choices as well. This is my go to Starbucks. I often place a mobile order and pick up through the drive-through. The Drive-through staff are always friendly. I definitely recommend the Starbucks!

I have been to a ton of Starbucks. This locations is by far my favorite! The drinks from here just taste better and the baristas are awesome. They always welcome you when you walk in the door and go out of their way to make sure your drink is to your liking!

Love this Starbucks! So glad we got one so close in Mooresville. Baristas are always so friendly and they are pretty fast even when there is a long line in drive-thru. Love the vibe in the cafe too!

Worst store ever. Don’t think they’ll last in moorseville. They only focus on drive times, not catering to those inside the store. Others stores like Camby and Plainfield make sure they’re catering to everyone. The environment feels so forced especially to poc people. Which in fact I don’t see not one working there. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be diversified… coffee doesn’t ever taste the same which I thought everyone was supposed to be doing the same measurements, u either get it too sweet or burnt tasting. Just a no for me doesn’t make me feel welcomed what so ever!

This location prioritizes their drive through metrics more than those in store. Even if you order ahead, they’ll serve multiple drive through guests before starting drinks for those in the building.
Don’t order ahead for pickup inside and don’t order inside. Just get your drink in the drive through if you want to be served within a reasonable amount of time.
I only come here for the atmosphere- could easily get a drink quicker in camby and then drive here to sit.

This a nice and clean location with some of the friendliest staff I’ve witnessed. I study here 3 nights per week and it is a great environment and not too cramped/crowded. The bench seat is comfortable and the tables are perfect for spreading out and taking notes. My ONLY complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at this location. I’ve had to use my phone’s hotspot instead, which is slightly inconvenient.

Don’t go here. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks when there was barely anyone there. Took over 5 minutes just to pay, and was stuck waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I watched the girls eating, drinking, talking, having a good time while I was stuck waiting and holding up two other vehicles that pulled up behind me. When the girl finally decided she was done snacking, she then made the two drinks and tried to apologize and blame it on the sticker system…when I said no, I can see you guys through the window another girl popped in trying to argue. She told me that everyone is new and it’s a new store. I get that 100% BUT YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE WAITING 20 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even tried to call the store while waiting in the drive thru to ask what was going on….one drink didn’t even include coffee!!!! It was a chai, so all they had to do was pour it in the cup. Not sure why it took 20 minutes to do that. DO BETTER.
