I come here a lot. I usually receive good, friendly service and the caramel ribbon crunch is yummy. I like the little smiley face or “thank you” I get on my cups. Today, however, I guess was a bad day for someone. Service was meh and I got a not so happy face on my cup. Maybe I’m reading too much into it. The drink was good though.

Today was absolutely wonderful. I brought my mom and little girl in for a drink and treat. Had a lovely conversation at ordering with Chloe. We get our drinks, my daughter drops her cake pop so upset (we don’t live near a Starbucks) miss Chloe was so pleasant and sweet and gave her another one. We were about to leave and my clumsy daughter dropped her pink drink all over the floor and didn’t even get to drink it. I ask for mop, picked up as much ice as possible. I apologize and she was so sweet like it wasn’t a bother at all. As a mom these scenarios can be terrible. I didn’t expect for her to fix her a new drink, I said I’ll pay for another one but insisted. That is wonderful customer service. Both girls were so polite. This establishment is very clean and well kept . Will definitely be back. What a great experience. I never see my mom, I live by Ohio. This could have been a bad day and wasted money but the little things keeps our day going. Thank you so much Chloe!!

I’m currently waiting for my order, but I will say off the drive thru before coming in, was full and not professional. I respect my elders so before I even gave a bigger order for a drink, I came inside, one lady was nice the other whom was making drink I simply just said I don’t want no milk she replied yea it says that, remind you I can’t even change that the drink was already ordered. I didn’t reply because the way it was said was unnecessary. Moral story is if your not happy with the job get a new one, notice this more often people are rude and can’t seem to listen to any customer. Then give you a issue when it’s wrong.

I love seeing all the smiling faces in the morning when I come. They know my order (since it’s complex) and never complain. They make me not want to go to another location. And when we travel and I do have to get coffee elsewhere, it’s never the right thing. Somethings always missing. However this staff at this location always get it spot on. Thanks for making my morning start out right with just coffee.

I’ve been here 3 times now since moving in. Staff is rude. I walked in and stood at the counter. Nobody addressed me. After 45 seconds, the only person behind the counter just walks up to the register and stares at me without saying a word. I just said the drink that I wanted and she made it. Felt like I was in a horror film. Strange behavior and the average employee seems to have no issues behaving with little to no respect to the customer. First negative review I’ve given a food establishment, btw. I’m generally pretty forgiving because I understand the industry isn’t that great to work in.
