I really dislike to leave a negative review to any business but this spot pushed me to.
The white boy at the drive through tried to punch a tip of $9 for my $10 order, he got so mad when i refused to tip him 90% of the total. He tried to shove a piping hot coffee on my spouse. He started to scream ‘ok take it for free’. Please send him for therapy before he harms anyone.

I come to this location every morning because it’s close to my house. The service here is the worst ever. The drinks are always half made. No one speaks when you come in. It’s like they didn’t even get trained to make drinks. I’ll drive the extra mins to get my drink from the Starbucks on Northfield dr.

I absolutely hate this place and the rude management and staff that work here. After asking about my order after waiting 15 minutes, the kid starts arguing “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ORDERED!”. After finding that my order was not where it was supposed to be, the staff collectively started yelling “have a nice day!!!!” in a giggly sarcastic manor. The manager that was there engaged in this response as well.
