Normally when we go here the service is pretty good, nothing to crazy, but today was a bummer. We put in an online order and my girlfriend got something relatively simple, just a lavender latte with lavender cold foam. We get there and her drink is a matcha?? I thought I was pretty polite when I asked her to remake it and she wasn’t outwardly rude but she definitely made it seem like an inconvenience. which is crazy considering she was the one who made, what I think, would be a pretty easy mistake. And on top of all of that when she made the drink again it was wrong, but we hadn’t realized until we left. Again, I come here frequently, and today might’ve just been a shit day but it wasn’t busy and she’s been kind of rude before. Idk seems like a skill issue

This is a super cool nice Starbucks, the music is good, and there’s pretty decent seating. The outdoor sections going to be really nice. There’s a little grassy area between the drive-thru and the outdoor sitting so you don’t inhale smoke from the cars so that will be awesome. All the staff is super nice, and the manager is legit.

Store #77670 has the best employees of any store I have went to, with original Greenfield store is in second. Since day one they always have a smile and conversation. Kudos to this store and keep it fun.

The food and drinks were great. Our service was AMAZING as well. They gave us pumpkin bread instead of a muffin, but we didn’t even have to tell them as they realized the mistake. The atmosphere was calming and nice. The bathrooms were clean. A great place to relax!!

I liked the interior of this store – it was more cozy than most Starbucks. Service was a little slow – there was a steady stream of cars in the drive thru but it took them several minutes to get to the register to take my order.

We have been to several different SB’s and noticed when ordering a latte there was more foam than anything and we would inevitably have to ask if they would fix it so it wasn’t mostly foam. When the SB opened in Pendleton and we ordered a latte we asked about the foam. The manager knew the issue right away and recalibrated the machine and now we get the correct ratio of foam. Not only did they resolve the issue they also followed up with us when we came back through. Thank you not only for great service but also a great latte!
