I have gone to this Starbucks for 2 years now cause I work right around the corner. They have always been nice and kind and amazing but within the last 2 months this is the 3rd time that I have ordered a mobile order and when I get there it isn’t done and they send me to the corner to wait for my drink which is perfectly fine until you wait for 20-30 mins and see 20 different cars pass by with there drinks and food. I went in after that cause I had to be at work which is why I order ahead and going in to here that 5 or 6 of them FORGETTING they even sent you to the corner to wait for a drink, that was order 10-15 mins before you get there is CRAZYYYYYY… This is the 3rd time I have gone in after waiting on the corner and they have forgotten I was there and or it was out on a shelf for me to pick up!!! Other than that I love Starbucks but I can pick so many different locations then this one if this is the case. 🙂

Had to wait only one car in front of me. When i got my drink Carmel Machiatto it tasted awful. No carmel in it and i always ask for extra. Tastes like warm milk. Breakfast sandwich was cold. This store has gone downhill. It is closest to my house but have been avoiding it. They just verified why..

I had a very uncomfortable experience as a customer due to unprofessional behavior from an employee named Merlin. I overheard him speaking with a male who appeared to be in a supervisory role, and they were talking very negatively about a female worker. The comments were nasty, inappropriate, and included sexist remarks.
In addition, he was very rude to me and to the women in front of me. As a customer, I don’t find this behavior professional or respectful, especially toward women. Hearing this kind of conversation in a public setting was disappointing and left a bad impression of the workplace environment.
I genuinely love this Starbucks and it’s usually a great place to get a drink, but this experience was not okay.

Terrible! The lady that took my order didn’t pay attention at all to what I ordered. They overcharged me for a drink not to mention I told her I was being overcharged she still charged me to begin with I was in line for well over 20-25 mins. I spent nearly $30 and she also got my drink size wrong. When i asked for a manager the entire staff wanted to be nosey and look as if it were their daily entertainment. I asked for their GM’s information waiting on a call back. They all seemed unbothered maybe it’s because of the color of my skin but I will not be back AT ALL !

If you’re working the drive through you need to be on top of it. I waiting for someone to ask for my order ( which usually never happens ), I payed for a Venti and when I went to brink my drink it was about an inch or more lower in my cup. Should have gotten what I payed for, and if your making room for whipped cream ( 1. Ask if I even want it and 2. Use a different lid, it melts when it’s hot anyways ). These coffees are expensive so give us what we pay for please.

Use to be the best Starbucks around. Now service takes forever and my order is wrong every time. I have switched to the one up the road even though it is out of my way. At least the get my order right.

We waited close to 40 minutes for simple drinks. Including a BLACK coffee with a splash of cream that came out last! Not impressed. Whoever is the manager of this store needs to be demoted.
