There was a fly in my drink. I took a sip of my dirty chai with pumpkin cold foam and noticed a weird texture in my mouth. I pull it out and there was a fly.

I had a hot chocolate and a coffee, simple order. They give the hot chocolate and no one gives me the coffee. When they finally realizes the hot chocolate was cols. So when outside go to dump it in the trash and it was disgusting what was in the bottom of the cup. Wrote to customer service and nothing. Won’t be ever going to a Starbucks again.

It’s refreshing to see young people working diligently to serve their customers.
I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. The young man took my order for a Decaf Hazelnut Cafe Latte hot.
They were very busy however I got my order very quickly.

The Starbucks is very busy! The drive-through is hopping and the staff or helpful… Even though almost every single seat in this Starbucks was occupied. I have heard that this location tends to get a lot of business meetings and office workers here, but it is still a great location.

I go through the drive thru often and I have to say, the service lately has been really above the bar. They make my drink perfectly and it’s almost always ready by time I’m to the window, granted I order ahead but sometimes I’m just down the street and they whip it right up. They are always super friendly and happy to see your face.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Been going here for years. The batistas are always nice and the coffee is great, and the building is always clean. That said, I think they need to make the building bigger and find a better flow for the drive through. Sometimes the line is so long that it runs the cars out onto the street. Fortunately, the workers do a fantastic job keeping up with things but Starbucks seriously needs to look at a remodel for this site to help traffic flow. Still a great Starbucks!! Great workers!
