I got the Mocha Latte & it was VERY Good!! I posted a photo of what I purchased. I also purchased a bag of Expresso. I was having trouble adding my card to starbucks app ane add my Offer/Discount to my purchase, and it would Not let me. But the Employee/Staff was able to help me add everything & finish my purchase. Big kudos to the staff at this location, who have no issue Helping their staff.

I have kind of stop visiting this location due to the constant mess up of my order. I order the same drink and I’m a frequent flyer. Normally, I’m very understanding with things. This has begun to become more common. It’s very disappointing because the only way things are made up to the customer is by remaking my order the same day. Who always wants to drive back and wait in line for something that should’ve been made right the first time. What bothered me the most today is the manager stated that she was the one that made my drink. She was busy with tickets. She just kind of threw things together to get the orders out. My question is how many other people’s drink got messed up? Is this the new standard for Starbucks because if it is, I’ll be really excited when seven brew comes along.

I never leave reviews but I’m bothered enough now. I order the same drink every time, every day, and it’s never the same every time. Half of the time, my triple long shot macchiato is mostly milk with a drizzle of espresso lol. It’s supposed to at least taste like coffee. Also I’m going to hope that getting rid of vanilla sweet cream is a temporary thing or I’ll have to find another coffee shop or figure out espresso at home. Dumbest decision ever to remove that option. I dont want a $9 cup of hot milk with my tiny serving of espresso. It needs to at least be sweet and vanilla Very disappointing but I guess I’ll save a ton of money now

Your barista at the window today actually had the nerve to say this is normal for a nitro cold brew after she gave me a hard time for not being able to read the super dark “please give me a tip screen” in the drive thru.
