Came in for a meeting today at 8:30 a.m. The place was super busy with a very long line in the drive-thru. The team was hustling like a well-oiled machine, they were getting drinks made and simultaneously talking and laughing with each other like good friends. It was so nice to see the morale and to feel the positive energy. Seems like a great place to work, and we had a great experience.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, egg bites a croissant and 3 drinks. We got 3 sandwiches, only 1 was the correct one, egg bites and no croissant. The guy in the window verified the order, which was wrong. We corrected him and went to fix it- then another girl brings us our order and it’s still wrong. Drinks however we’re delicious.

So great! I had a woman with bangs (either named Savannah or Samantha, can’t remember) who helped me when they were extremely busy during holiday season. I ordered the wrong drink and she was extremely helpful and understanding. I really really appreciated the great service!

I love Starbucks. They are always consistent, and I get exactly what I ordered-that is, if I go through the drive-through. I have learned not to walk in and order, at least at this location. They take drive-through and phone-ahead orders before considering walk-in orders. If I go through the drive-through, they are extremely prompt, which is why I can go there before work. If you walk in, you’ll have to wait over half an hour for your coffee because they are serving people who aren’t even there yet. The other day, I was there on my lunch hour and had to leave before I got my coffee because waiting on patrons isn’t their priority.

As if shrinkflation on the cup wasn’t enough already. That pic was taken after arriving home when the foam cleared, and having not drunk it yet. The barista blamed it on foam but there was an inch between the foam and the rim already when she said that. And she made no effort to add more…so despite what PR cleanup they may attempt in response to this review (hey give us a call and we’ll part the grey skies), it’s lip service. I actually thought she gave me a cappuccino by mistake. 3 dollars for that “grande” Pike…that’s almost half the cost of a 12 oz. ground bag that could probably produce about 30 grande’s. That was my first time there, just wanted to give them a shot, check out the music (tolerable volume but country…not my thing) to see if I could get work done there. One and done on this location.

I came in and everyone was very nice to me. My drink was made quickly and came with excellent food. Emma was very sweet and friendly despite it being somewhat busy and stressful at the time. I enjoyed my experience a lot at this starbucks, it’s much quicker and nicer than the Tiffin store when it comes to service and cleanliness.

The baristas who work here are amazing, hardworking and kind!!! This store just opened in June, and if you’ve read these old bad reviews they do NOT hold up! They’ve worked out their kinks and have really come into their own. They’re always excited to help you and give you recommendations if you don’t know what you’re in the mood for. I’ve ordered many “surprise drinks” and have never been disappointed! :)))

Worst Starbucks in Findlay Ohio. Ordered 2 iced lattes. They tasted disgusting. They also just dumped some hot coffee and through ice on it and called it and ice coffee. Couldn’t even taste any of the syrups in there. Then the only send one of my eggs wrap with a note saying contact your delivery person for a refund. You all knew the item was missing and should’ve have notified doordash instead of me having to deal with it. Looks like I got a full refund for 50 plus 15 in doordash credits for your ignorance on making an iced latte and lack of customer service. Will never use Trenton avenue Starbucks again!!!!
