Extremely rude, I usually love coming here because it’s close to home and the staff is usually very nice but I’ll start making the trip to ashland from now on. I shouldn’t have to reach behind the counter to get my 3 drinks, nor have 4 people who ordered after me get their drink & leave before one of mine even comes out. As a public service worker myself I understand the holidays are rough but there’s no reason for the attitude as I was patiently waiting and hadn’t said a word. Hopefully something gets done, people have bad days but when you have a nice customer be nice back.

I just want to say that the manager there is the rudest person.. When I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes at me then told me she would yell for me when she had the time to give me my receipt..

Never. Never have i been able to consitantly get a coffee the way i order it. Today I ordered a tall and was told its actually a small. Not to mention my coffee is not what i ordered.
