I placed a mobile order today at 3:43 pm from inside the store and forgot to tip accidentally , the app said would be ready in 3 minutes, there were hardly 2 customers in the store, but drive through was not too busy, there were 3 boys one girl making the orders. I ordered a sandwich and a cold Macchiato, the girl made the sandwich within 2 min and placed it for pickup, and I was waiting for my Macchiato, waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, it did not seem to come out, after 20 min, I approached the counter and asked the girl, and she looked at the boys side, and she found my drink kept aside and the label says time made 20 min back, I am sure there was a reason, why on purpose I was delayed, is it the tips not paid or I am brown or I am older or I am a man ??

Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. I’ve never been able to get through this drive through and faster than 15 minutes. You might be able to get your order faster by mobile ordering first. Maybe.

I recently went there as a brand new customer – never been to a Starbucks in my life, but thought I’d try it out, and I was really disappointed.

There was an employee working there that was incredibly rude.

I couldn’t believe her attitude – She kept shooting me really odd looks, and making me feel very uncomfortable. I really don’t understand what her problem was with me.

Anyway my order itself – the food, and coffee – were adequate, but it was her strange, disrespectful, rude behavior that really ruined it for me, and I don’t have any plans to go back, because if I did, and she was working – I’d probably ask her what her problem is, and cause a scene. I’m not going to do that – it would just make me look as if I were the one with the problem.

It’s a shame I now have to avoid going there, because of one person.

I think that Starbucks should train their employees better – to show respect to paying customers.

As for the girl who offended me – I’d take a good looong look at yourself in the mirror dear, before looking down your nose at other people.

It’s pretty lousy customer service not to have somebody besides the Barista brew the coffees. When you order just the coffee through the mobile app you don’t expect to have to wait 20 minutes for a cue of orders. Especially when the rest of the staff isn’t doing anything.

They are on point with consistency. I know I will get the same cup of love evertime. For me that makes a difference. Always friendly staff and politely resolved any issues I have ever had. Got to say they are my go to location I will go out of my way to hit thease guys

The worst Starbucks in the area. I order simple drinks that I receive incorrect. I place mobile orders and almost always my order isn’t ready when the app says it is, or my order sits ready while the app says it’s still being made. I came in recently when the app said my order was ready but it wasn’t, I was missing one item. I was ignored by staff for at least a full minute before being acknowledged, they had put my sandwich in the “drive thru” area. When I got out to my car I saw a hair on that sandwich so I had to go back in again. I will never go back. The one in Fairborn is way better.

LOL I’m new to Starbucks, but I already feel like one of the family…you know you’re one of the family, when they’re getting your order wrong most everytime you go there!

I was in like for 10 minutes to get up to the speaking and they won’t take our order.. super disappointing this is why every other coffee place is better but this was my very LAST resort due to the others being closed I am reminded why I go anywhere but here. NEVER AGAIN.

My order slip fell on the floor and was picked up and placed back on the cup. The cup was then handled with fingers inside the rim before the coffee was served.

I asked for a new drink, but the coffee was poured into another cup and served again. I chose not to drink it and wanted to share this feedback regarding food handling practices.
