Started off as a great place to get your coffee until today. Apparently the Springdale Starbucks is making coffee according to if you’re going to tip. You are not entitled to receiving a tip. Sometimes customers only have enough for their cup of Java to make it through their day. You are receiving an hourly wage just like the rest of the world. If you want extra money there are better paying jobs. Shame on you for not treating your customers with value and if you think no one knows that you are purposely making our coffee wrong, think again. God knows.

Walked in this morning to get a cup of ice water to take my medication And was rejected by a sassy young man. He was extremely rude because I did not make any additional purchases I could not get a water. When I asked him if I could buy a water, he only suggested a bottled water. As if I could not buy a cup of ice water. He made a big scene in front of the entire store. I have spent a lot of money at starbucks and to be treated like this was unacceptable. I will be reaching out to the general manager to let them know that customer service is horrible.

I come here a lot. Service is fast. But today my blonde vanilla latte tasted like milk and ice. I hate complaining so I told the lady at the register about my drink and she recommended I order extra espresso in the app. I did customize my drink in the app as I always do… It’s just usually this drink tastes like espresso and today it didn’t. So I payed for a shot of espresso. So my drink was $8 for a tall. And the shot of espresso was so tiny it barely added anything to the drink. I’m hoping this is the last time I go to Starbucks. A latte is literally just milk and espresso and every other coffee shop puts enough espresso in the drink but I guess here I have to order extra for it to be comparable to other coffee shops. I have been coming to this location recently for work meetings. My order is always delicious (oat milk latte and egg bites) and the atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable. Most of all, Mary is always SO kind and fun to talk to, as well as the other team members. She truly brightens my day and brings me joy!

Customer service gets me every time. Went for a medicine ball tea on Saturday and it wasnt made right. Went back to get another today and expressed my disappointment. Pulled up to pay and the employee said, “I’ve got you. Consider it a remake.” And THATS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER!! I’ll come back and spend my money for that reason alone. If every company valued their customers like that, they’d make 3 times the money. Thanks for the great service. I love my local Starbucks… and I dont even drink coffee ❤️
