Nasty restroom again. Not really any different than many gas station restrooms that we all dread using. I expect better from Starbucks. Hard to believe but I keep reviewing my experiences as I travel around and visit different Starbucks locations. Maybe one day management will reinforce that there is more to running a business than making the product un the kitchen area. There are 4 workers and I am the lone early morning customer. The workers seem to only want to work behind the counter. It’s pervasive across Starbucks. See my other reviews. The coffee and service were great. The environment friendly and open. I included the restroom in my atmosphere rating. No other options. By the way, I saw the other post about the after school crowd – the teens and the noise. I’ve been to this location at various times and in the afternoon after school it is full of teens and they are noisy and giggle a lot. But the rest of the times I go to this location it is pleasant – Quiet, and very warm.

For whatever reason, this store refuses to measure when making drinks. The thing I do enjoy about Starbucks is that I can get the same drink wherever I am in the world. Believe it or not, the store in my own neighborhood refuses to get it right & most of the time acts annoyed when I ask for it to be fixed.
Every single day, I order a Pink Drink, no ice, no berries.. TWO ingredients. It’s super frustrating to use mobile ordering & still have to wait at the counter to ask for my drink to be corrected. If I wanted a grande coconut milk, I’d buy it from Kroger. I am done spending my money here.

Avoid this place like the plague. The world’s rudest school kids descend here. Noisy and crowded. It’s not Starbucks fault but why put yourself through the misery when you have other options.

Arrived about an hour before they closed. One expression machine was being cleaned One rep making coffees Long lines Rep in expresso machine continued to take down the machine and did not help with making orders but instead continued to take them as they continued to back up Overall felt like staff had a no care attitude as they barely addressed customers

Best strawberry açaí refresher!! Most Starbucks locations make these refreshers weak but the Madeira staff are on point and make it PHENOMENALLY. They’re also very quick and kind. The atmosphere is also nice especially on nice days where you can sit outside.
