My drink was made wrong .. a minor fix .. it was lined to heavy .. the manager was visibly angry about my complaint and request to remake it. She proceeded to make a new Venti Mocha Cookie Frap. . Not to my order .. and not to the standard order. She literally threw a handful of ingredients into the blender. When I said that she was making it wrong she told me I was rude for pointing it out (i was being nice about it) and then refused to remake the order and told me to leave and not to come back. This is horrible service and she should not be a manager of a store. So sad she is a manager, horrible people skills. When I asked another barista what her name was, the manager yelled that I dont need to know her name. The other employees were actually all nice.

POLITICALLY CHARGED STARBUCKS. Pulled in drive thru in a Cybertruck. Staff refused to acknowledge me at the order area. After 5 minutes, pulled up to the order window. Multiple staff walked past the window and clearly saw me waving. All continued to ignore me and was unable to place or receive an order. If they are refusing to take orders from certain vehicles, what else are they doing to foods and drinks they serve to political opposition? Steer clear of this place, coffee is better and cheaper elsewhere!

I don’t say this lightly but this was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I took my parents to get coffee before a long trip. I ordered an iced matcha, it’s truly the worst matcha I’ve ever had, it was gritty and truly tasted like very low quality matcha. My parents ordered coffees and both also received drinks that were less than subpar. I’m giving three stars for service because the girl who checked us out was actually nice, unlike the rest of the employees.

Decent place but you’re not going to have fun inside unless you’re not the type who minds flies buzzing by all the time. The drinks I got were nice too.
Interestingly the barista made the drinks and didn’t tell us they were ready until another one brought it for us but maybe it was a long day for her. We all have those.

Workers have been disrespectful everytime I’ve gone. I just left there and a girl with pink/ red hair looked at me with her mouth open and didn’t speak the whole time after I said thank you multiple times. Some other times I’ve gone the workers on the drive through speakers will cut me off mid sentence and how the speak isn’t customer service like. As someone who works in customer service it isn’t hard to speak to people with respect and that is something I’ve never gotten from them.

THE NICEST store employees! My husband & I decided to partake in a coffee run on a trip to Cincy and they left us the PERFECT amount of pumpkin cream cold foam. 10/10. No complaints. Would recommend.
