The 2nd time I’ve been to this location within 10days and wasn’t able to get nothin because the big black lady was sittin down on her phone. Like the 1st time I visited the store I asked was she on break. She say yes I just sat down and my break not over for 30 min, this was about 4:30pm. I just went again and to my surprise it’s the same lady and she gave me the same excuse at 11am. Never again will I visit this location

I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance from an employee when I was trying to pay for my order online using the Starbucks app and, I was having trouble but the employee couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how. The app kept charging my account $25 for a $6.80 order. This was very frustrating and time consuming without any help from the employee. I won’t be coming back again

Bianca was probably one of the best baristas I have ever had! She was so friendly and got everything perfectly made and in a timely manner. Sadly I didn’t have cash on me to tip her. Will definitely be back and I’ll have cash on me next time 🙂

Something was going wrong when I was trying to use my star rewards to pay for my coffee and the young lady felt bad and gave me my coffee for free.

This team did amazing! The batista who took my order even asked how to spell my name and that’s the first time it’s been right on a cup in a long time! My somewhat complex order was made perfectly and the batista communicated with me the entire time to ensure it was perfect! Awesome job!

Shante is gone, which was the only good thing about that Kroger in general. Poor management truly reflects in the grocery portion and Starbucks. I hope you read this before you go to this Kroger for Starbucks, there is a high chance SB will not be open and if they are open, they won’t have anything prepped to make your drink. You’re better off drinking the McDonald’s calls coffee, which is right next to Kroger.
