Here for the coffee and do a little work. Pricey coffee is a standard. Ambiance has moved away from a conversation coffee place, less “homey” and more industrial with the long bench seating and openness. Too bad, feels more transactional than emotional.

It is absurd to me how long it takes to get a drink inside. I could see countdowns of 5 minutes or less in the drive thru, yet you let customers who order the good ole fashioned way of ordering inside, wait for 20+ minutes for two drinks. You should be ashamed of this practice. Treat everyone the same way.

Very disappointed with the wait time, I have been here for 20 minutes, keep in mind I am doordashing so the longer I wait here the more I’m losing money. Does not seem to be trying to help at all just going down the long list of drinks. Terrible experience, coffee was horrible young lady behind the counter forgot to scan my stars then told me to just call Starbucks and they will fix it. Good way to put it on the customer. I have now called twice and emailed and no help from phone reps or email. Starbucks needs better quality help.

My man & I decided to give this new location a shot instead of the busy Rookwood location up the street… This location will be our new go to for Starbucks. Our drinks were the best we have had in a long time. Sydney (hope I’m spelling her name right) was 1 of the employees working at drive-thru.

Overall, it is better than some Starbucks but somebody in the Management chain is asleep. A small sandwich board style sign in the way of the entrance and the metal parking signs by the front door are positioned to be walked into. Bathroom doors are awkwardly heavy and not good for kids and weaker adults.

this place is always so quiet. never a long wait, always have my order ready within 5 minutes. makes it easy to stop in on my breaks at work or on the way in. the drive through is all the way around the strip of stores and there are huge speed bumps to get into the parking lot on either side.

Preordered my drink, the new Sugar cookie latte. Stated 10mins for pickup. I show up in 5. Drive thru associate was so sweet and friendly. BUT my drink was luke warm and gross. Tasted synthetic (too much syrup) and not sweet (not sure how with all that syrup in it) Only packet sugar they could offer was equal and sweet-n- low. Which, for me, are the two I definitely don’t use for coffee (synthetic taste as well) Super disappointed. I only get Starbucks from time to time to treat myself. A huge waste of $7. (Side note… Normally get an iced lemon pound cake. They were out of that as well. )
