Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve visited this location twice now and both times I’ve been completely ignored until someone finally walks up to take my order. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in just a moment” — just blank stares from the two younger lady employees as if I’m inconveniencing them by ordering coffee.
I also ordered cold foam on my coffee, but I watched the barista put the whipped cream down and wasn’t sure if she put it in my drink. When I politely asked if it was cold foam, she insisted that it was. After tasting it in my car, it was obviously whipped cream. When I went back inside to ask for the correct topping, she looked visibly annoyed, didn’t say a word, and just plopped the cold foam into my cup. The attitude and lack of care were incredibly disappointing.
The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. I will be going to corporate considering this horrible service has happened twice

Please be sure your worker know how to make the tea menu that has to be steeped. I went in today, and felt so bad the girl didn’t know how to make a london fog. I just got cold milk with tea bags floating in it. Tea was never steeped first. It was not her fault for not being trained well.

It’s super overpriced coffee but it’s good and I can’t make it at home that good. It’s more like a dessert than coffee but that’s why you pay that much for it. They are friendly and can make a mean cup of joe.

ayianna and kiara gave us horrible service. barely listened to us, were talking the entire time and weren’t paying attention, took way longer than needed to make two of the same drink and then made them wrong. super bad customer service. do better
