This was not my first time at this location but it was my first disappointment. Today I tried to load my app to use the app to pay for my drinks. The person charged my card and then without loading the funds on the app 1st? That seems to be a small mistake so ok…then I advise the manager again and she took over to fix the mistake…Why did the manager do the same thing again? So that strike #2…ok line is long I am trying to be understanding…but. I now get my order and wouldn’t you know it…its absolutely wrong…strike#3…coffee half full and absolutely missing the topping that comes with the drink…so not only was my time wasted..but everyone waiting behind me to get their order wasted… I know people say that alot..but I mean this I usually don’t post stuff like this because I try very hard to be understanding but I got the shaft 3 different times in one visit…so. I am bit perturbed.

This Starbucks location never disappoints! I stopped by and ordered a Venti Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai Tea and a Grande Caramel Brûlée Latte, and both were absolutely perfect. The chai was spiced just right with the gingerbread flavor adding a cozy holiday touch, and the oatmilk made it so smooth. The Caramel Brûlée Latte was rich, creamy, and full of festive flavor—perfect for a chilly day.
The baristas were friendly, quick, and got my order exactly right, even during a busy rush. The atmosphere was welcoming, and my drinks were served with a smile. This is definitely my go-to Starbucks for great drinks and great service! Highly recommend!

So im updating my review from 6 yrs ago… I have been getting a starbucks refresher made with water for months now, and it has been AMAZING;however, today, they dropped the ball ♀️. My refresher tastes like water and very light in color, and my cheese Danish tasted like it was pulled from the freezer . I do love this location, but today, they were a bit off. Maybe tomorrow will be a better morning

Very convenient location. Has a drive thru. I placed my mobile order and I arrived maybe less than five minutes later and my order was ready. I really appreciate that – especially on a cold dark morning. Foods and drinks were prepared as hoped for. Staff was welcoming.

Starbucks should really consider their daily loyal customers when creating promotions that pertain to a free holiday cup, and such. Most of us who go to Starbucks every day purchase the same drink we are mostly not interested in any of the promotional drinks or holiday flavors. I find that it is unreasonable and honestly quite disrespectful of Starbucks to only offer their holiday giveaways to customers that purchase holiday flavored drinks. You certainly should consider your daily customers when creating these promotions. A lot of us are basic people, but we have a routine my routine will now be changing as I have many options in the morning, and I will be Spending my money purposefully at a different coffee shop this month. *it is more than just a silly cup.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a caramel macchiato, no foam. There was no caramel or very VERY little in the drink. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at Starbucks in 3 different locations. Hire people who can listen and follow your recipes. When I buy a brand I expect that same brand to be consistent every time I buy the product. Remediation is important.
