Horrible experience at Kroger Amelia Starbucks. Not only was I not greeted by any of the batistas that stood directly in front of me, but my order took forever. Fletcher just put the orders on the table didn’t call out for those waiting.

Came in to this and waited 10 minutes for her to come back just to tell me she couldn’t make my drink. Worst place ever. Smelled like vomit, no joke.

I never made it in. No parking available ( other than end of lot) why is this place in crazy kroger? Mapquest had a difficult time even getting me there.

Based on dozens of experiences with this location. It’s about a dead 2.5 of 5 in my book. Most of the employees are phenomenal! One employee argued with me that they made my specialty drink correct, when I pulled up the Starbucks site to show them how it’s made, they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes when it was proven differently. My biggest complaint is not the people working here but the app/website/technology portion. I guess they turn off the mobile ordering at times (probably when short staffed) so it goes to the next nearest location if it glitches and accidentally let’s you order, 30 minutes away.
Thank you to the employees, I know these caffeinated soccer moms are a pain to deal with while getting their groceries, keep up the great work!

Britteny wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. I had order a cramel crunch but I didn’t want the crunches in it. And the whole time she was talking to fletcher about how weird it was that someone ordered that and how she never heard if that before.
Fletcher was great and kind. But while we were waiting Britteny was bashing past customer about their specific order that Britteny had seemed to didn’t make right and then she proceeded to say, “It wouldn’t of been as bad if she would’ve asked me nicely”
Sorry fletcher you had to deal with her complaining about customers while you’re trying to get your job done.

This review is solely based on management’s inability to schedule more than one person on staff at a time. The last 3 times I have tried to visit this location, there is one worker behind the counter trying to keep up, while customers wait 20+ minutes for a drink. This location could push twice the business it already does if you simply staffed it.

It should not take 30 minutes to get a coffee… I don’t know if this is the fault of those in charge (most likely, or the baristas, but for me to stand for 30 minutes for a small coffee— is absurd.
Whoever is in charge of Kroger Starbucks needs redirected, and maybe there needs to be a back to basics, on how to complete orders.
