The guy who waited on us was horrible, I asked if they had coconut flavor, he rudely said no, then I asked if they had amaretto and even more more rudely said no. I just ordered a basic coffee and asked if they has creamer and sugar, he pointed to the corner, then they went and got the creamer and it took about 15 minutes for them to fill them. Bigbby coffee is so much more friendlier and they have more coffee flavor options, I will absolutely not stop at this Starbucks again and will only stop at another Starbucks if I have no other option.

This starbucks is great, their drinks are reasonably consistent, and my drink tastes the same 99% of the time. Staff is friendly
The only improvement they could make is to block the drivethru in a way so people dont have a choice but to come around the lot in order to get on line. Not taking any points off for this of course, but there’s been a couple times where everyone keeps entering the line from the entrance, the entrance/exit the gets backed up, and its highly inefficient. This is rare for me, as I mostly come here in the mornings.

This is my first time visiting this Starbucks, I came here only because my Starbucks was out of the item I was getting.
I got my usual pink drink but it tasted sour like there was no coconut milk put in it whatsoever and then on top of that I receive my food and the warming paper is in the bag with my items. I am a barista at another Starbucks, we touch that warming paper with our hands hardly people will wear gloves that are on food. And if they did have gloves on they were already starting to close touching the garbage bags. It took 15 minutes to get here from mine when I should’ve just went home.

This Starbucks is definitely slow- the wait time (drive thru) is at least 10 minutes. BUT they make the BEST coffees. I’ve never had an issue with the taste, they are always perfect. Staff are very nice and kind. It’s worth it if you aren’t in a rush and I honestly just build in an extra 10 min since it’s so delicious.

It took 30 minutes today to get two frappes and one decaf coffee. The frappes came out and when I asked about the decaf she said they didn’t have that on my order even though I had ordered it and paid. She proceeded to walk away and just continued making drinks for other customers and completely ignored my missing drink. The guy who took my order even asked me if I wanted cream or sugar. I had to wait in line again to go explain that I still needed my coffee. We were late for something because of this. I never imagined that it would take 30 minutes to make three drinks.

No matter the day, time of day, season etc. You WILL be waiting average of 30-40 min for a 2 ingredient beverage. This used to be my favorite location with tenured, amazing employees but they let go of some of the best and have lifeless employees who lack personality and work skill. Every time I make the mistake of ordering here I instantly regret and sets the tone for the rest of my day.

These people are so slow that I could run the whole store by myself at the same speed it takes all of them to run it and it makes me sad, such terrible work ethic. Not motivated to do nothing when there’s a millions pounds of caffeine in front of ya is crazy work. Very disappointed, shouldn’t have to wait 20 min in the drive through for a coffee

I come to this location about 3-4 times a week and it’s finally my breaking point. You pay 8+ dollars for a coffee and ask for light ice they completely disregard it and give you a full cup of ice and you get 3 drinks out of the cup. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Just the complete and utter lack consistency. Not to mention they ask for a tip when you’re swiping a card. Called they offered to come back and have it remade, no one has time for that bullshit. If they could of followed directions in the first place.

I have never had an issue with Starbucks before. Yeah some baristas will be having a bad day, and I’m understanding of that. But the lady we had to deal with this morning was a diabolical level of attitude. I always get an iced macchiato with pecan syrup at this location, have never had an issue. She laughs at me when I order it and says they can’t do that, then when I tell her I’ve had it done before she then, puts my order in no issue. Proceeds to keep having a condescending attitude the rest of the time. I’m just appalled at that level of rudeness. I’ve never felt so talked down to at a Starbucks ever. This was at 8:40 on Sep 20th, and she had brown hair.
