Was greeted immediately upon walking in, Sophia was super sweet and very welcoming. Just really great service from her and the rest of the staff on duty, everyone was very cheery it made the environment so positive. To top it all off they drew the cutest fish on my drink!

This location has very rude employees. As a former barista, I can understand having bad days and the stress of customer service. I always mobile order so that I don’t have to bother anyone and they don’t need to deal with me, yet they are still consistently very unfriendly. Even picking up a mobile order they told me I came to get it too early and asked me not to go to the drive thru when I’ve placed a mobile order because they have other customers to serve. This was very perplexing to me, as people pulling up to a drive thru speaker will be placing an order live, at that moment. How does it disrespect them if I place a mobile order and then show up in 10 minutes in the drive thru to pick it up? When the alternative is placing the order right then? Truly doesn’t make sense. I won’t return to this location.

Mobile ordered my drink. Ordered one item. Swung through the drive through for pickup. Speaker attendant tells me to pull up as my drink is ready. App says drink is ready as well. Proceed to sit at the window for 5-7 minutes waiting for the drink that was already ready. Hands me a melted, not made correctly (a shaken espresso is layered not combined like a latte) and no topping when I ordered extra cinnamon. I kindly ask them to remake my drink as there was zero ice in it and it was not made properly. The girl goes “okay” shuts the window and brings back a newly made drink about 2 minutes later. Someone inside thought they were cute and wrote “hope your day gets better” on the cup. I ask you to remake my $8 drink that’s not made correctly and YOU ARE THE ONE UPSET?…make it make sense. THEN to top it off the drink is still not made properly as there’s no topping AGAIN. An $8 drink made twice and it’s wrong both times. And a condescending message on the cup when you just can’t do your job properly. I’d be having a fine day if the product I paid for was made right. Either of the times I asked for it.

I’m very disappointed. Looks the employees are careless and will take care of the order only when you tip. My order was on 29th December and I ordered the blonde roast with Sugar free vanilla syrup and they have me peppermint instead. Even when we went to pick up the drinks, they forgot our cake pop. So disappointing as I couldn’t even get my drink replaced since I was driving and didn’t get to check my coffee until later. So disappointing

Nicer inside than I expected. Big and Super clean. There was no one in line when I first walked in but It still took a couple minutes to have my order taken. When the barista took my order She was kind and efficient. Despite the wait to be greeted My two large drinks were ready in less than 6 minutes and delicious. Great job

Employees will make you feel bad for pulling through the drive through for your mobile order. Order said it was going to be done “around 2:56pm”, and I was at the speaker at 2:56pm. I was told next time I should be waiting longer and they would “try their best” to have it ready at the window. I didn’t get up to the window until 3:03pm, 8 minutes past when it was going to be “done”. Employee wasn’t wearing a name tag at the window. This location is terrible, they are always mean. In a world like this, can we just be nicer? Seriously. Some people feel more comfortable ordering online.

I feel like any time i come to this location there is a problem either price change is different than another location, my drink isn’t done correctly, and now today they’re all out of pumpkin spice and I had to sit and wait for all the other cars in the drive thru,(a sign indicating drink shortage would’ve been nice before pulling in) & wouldn’t you think to order more inventory for a POPULAR seasonal drink? As I waited for other cars, and I was next in line I tried to get a water, but the lady refused to give me one because I didn’t make a purchase. At any other Starbucks I don’t run into problems like I do here.
