This location is phenomenal. The staff always works so hard and are so kind. I am a regular most week day mornings. They are fast, always have a happy demeanor, and go above and beyond to make your day brighter. My students always ask what kind message was written to me each morning on my coffee. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but wanted to let the staff and corporate know what a gem they have with this staff and location!

There’s a “guy” who works there with green hair that need attitude adjustment for sure. The manager name is Janet and she refused to give me the guy name. He’s so rude. I ordered 2 cold brew as I do that everyday and I saw something in 1 of the drinks before he gave it to us so I was checking the cup and he just shouted dont touch the cups I didnt finish yet I was like you can talk in a better way which he didn’t. Manager came named Janet I dont know how is it possible for her to be a manager honestly and after this happened to me I knew the bad reviews about the customer service are 100% correct. Janet refused to give me the employe name and she said he shouldn’t tell you please. She stated that what he said was correct and the way he talked to us was the correct way which is absolutely insane. I ended up not taking the drinks and got the refund for them. Never go there

I come here quite frequently and the atmosphere is okay be it inside or the drive. Today I went through the drive. I ordered a tall size iced coffee, with creamer, vanilla syrup and half and classic syrup. Took a sip before I left the drive and it tasted like iced coffee and classic syrup. Which did not taste well, so I asked the nice blonde at the window to see if it could be remade. Her facial expressions looked very annoyed as I expressed it doesn’t have enough creamer and there is too much classic syrup. It was remade by the manager. I got home and noticed it had a chocolate syrup (that I did not request) at the bottom. I called in and received the nice lady that remade it that happened to be the manager. She said “I remade it so I’m sorry if you think there was syrup in it but I know I made it from start to finish.” I advised her that’s fine but there is syrup in it and she said “ok so what do you want me to do”.. and I advised her asking me what she should do when she works there is a little odd. Nonetheless I requested it be notated that I could grab a remake, as I did not have time to come back and grab it, as I am on a lunch break. Normally no issues, however I noticed today, they were annoyed and not very friendly. There is indeed syrup that I did not request. The fact that she kept going back and forth and requested me to bring it back initially for a refund is nuts. Take responsibility

Oh joy! Last time I was out this way this ⭐-B’s wasn’t here. Excellent customer service and expert level drive thru times as always at ⭐-B’s. Clean well maintained grounds as always, bathrooms are clean enough to eat in and all the employees always wear smiles and greet you with eye contact every time, all the time. Every drink I’ve ever had has been perfect or replaced with an honest sense of sorrow for wasting my time. Consistency is what drives me here, well and the $5 cups of amazing coffee, my go to is the <3 Venti Caramel Macchiato <3 Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I come to here or other locations and always, always get the same service and coffee made exact same, every time! Only companies like Tesla and UBREAKIFIX offer consistency in its services and customer service like ⭐-B's. I'm more than a fan, at least 10 years of ⭐-B's and never had any problems or complaints.
