I go to this Starbucks all the time and they’re always amazing. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and they really care about customers. Recently I spilled my drink and a male barista immediately remade it for me and cleaned it up without any hesitation. The service is consistently fast and kind, and it’s honestly one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Highly recommend!!

I love the staff at this Starbucks! They are always pleasant and provide great service. The drive-thru is quick, and the drinks are tasty! I am so sorry to see the Melon Burst drink go. It was a sad day for me, as I just had the last one. What will be my new favorite???

I normally stop at this location before work if the one closest to my home is jam packed. I get to the window and give my order, the employee repeats a total different drink so I tell him that’s not what I ordered and repeat it again. He still proceeds to ring it up and I was charged a extra $1.25 because he simply removed a few items but the system of course see it as that same drink right?! Smh. I will not return to this location, I refuse to pay for something if its not what I ordered. I never experience this before, I’m disappointed in the selection in new hires. The drinks are expensive like come on now, I’m paying $6 already. Just rude!

At 2 P.M. on Wednesday I was told in the drive thru that if I didn’t have a mibile order the location was closed. When driving past the front of the store the signs were still out and the location appeared to be quite open. This is not the first time this has happened or that I have found the location closed early. I have to wonder if they have no staff or if the location is on the process of closing permanently.

We had a great time stopping in this location just after picking up our rental car.. We were excited over the various coffee selections and sales that they were running on the coffee.. They also made our drinks perfectly well delivering excellent customer service.. dislocation is most definitely smaller than most when it comes to inside seating area.. We decided to take our coffee and breakfast to a park to enjoy. Would recommend this location.

Not sure why this location took out seating inside and outside. It’s the first Starbucks I have seen without seating. They even made the inside so much smaller where it gets crowded in the front when ordering and waiting for your drinks. They basically made this location a drive thru only.

They gave my drink to someone else by mistake in the drive-thru. That person drank from it while they were still waiting for the rest of their order. After they realized it wasn’t their drink, they returned it — and then the girl at the window gave me that same drink.

Reply to owner: While they would have remade it if you were there this crew was less then helpful. The issue is why was this acceptable in the first place. The consumer shouldnt have to be put in the position to ask for another or be asked “please select how much you would like to tip”. Like…cmon it’s not even “it’s going to ask you a question” anymore.

What an absolute joke. $7 for a cup almost entirely ice and almost no coffee. Wasn’t even full when it was handed to me. For that much I expect the cup to at least be full and not packed top to bottom with ice to avoid actually giving me some of the coffee I paid for. Total rip off

I try so hard to like this Starbucks because it’s 2 minutes from my house but I just CANT. I ordered 1 matcha latte and a spinach wrap…it took 20 minutes…better off just making it myself and being late to work anyway…
