I frequent this location often and usually go pretty late in the evening since they’ve been closing 9:30 pm. Or so I thought. I went today around 8:30 pm, waited for about 3 minutes at the drive thru, then thought to check their hours. To my surprise they now close at 8. Weird, all lights on, screens and everything. Ok.. my fault. No big deal. As I drive by the drive thru window there are 2 employees standing there, staring, waiting for me to pass by, and laughing so loud I can hear them through my closed window!! SO immature, rude, and unnecessary.

We stopped in early this morning to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. A young man and woman were working. The man was extremely nice and welcoming but the woman had an attitude towards us as soon as we walked in. While ordering our coffee, she actually rolled her eyes when asked to make customizations. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches which she proceeded to say “here’s your food” and THREW it on the counter and walked away?? I could understand someone having a bad day or whatever but the attitude was so uncalled for. Will not be stopping back to this location again

I frequent this Starbucks during the morning rush (when I definitely order via the app so I don’t need to wait in the drive-thru line), in the afternoon, and in the evenings. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is pleasant even when extraordinarily busy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the extremely limited inside seating. During inclement weather I head to another coffeehouse if I’m meeting someone. Would love to be able to meet inside this one during the winter but if the two small tables are occupied, then I’m out of luck.

Nice place to get coffee. Plenty of seating. Usually a lot of students from Walsh doing work. Pistachio Cold Brew is one of my favorites. The maple butter chicken sandwich needs more maple butter.

This store is consistently disappointing.
There’s a female employee with dark hair who is very rude and makes customers, including me and my family, feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She has a horrendous attitude! We used to avoid going in at night. We would give chances, and think maybe it was a bad shift, but was constantly surprised she would still be scheduled and she was still disrespectful!
But now it seems that she’s been unfortunatley added to morning shifts too, mornings used to be the only saving grace here! The difference in service really was night and day. Not anymore.
I don’t usually bother with reviews, but after enough bad experiences, it’s clear this location just doesn’t value respectful customer service. I’ll stick to the other stores in the area that actually do. You’re better off at one of the other nearby Starbucks (the one by Dressler is great, the Strip is super fast, even the Target location runs smoother).

This has been my favorite Starbucks for many years. The service and drinks have always been excellent. Lately, I’ve been using the drive-thru more often, but I used to enjoy working remotely and having coffee inside. I was disappointed today to find the remodel quite stark and uninviting. The limited seating and enclosed feeling, along with the new wall, created a less welcoming atmosphere than before. This location used to have such a pleasant and vibrant ambiance.

This is easily the best Starbucks to go to. The staff is always welcoming and always has the best customer service. My orders are always accurate, the speed of service is great, and from my perception at least it seems as though the workers are genuinely enjoying their jobs.
What really solidified how great of service I get at this location happened a few days ago. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru. I pulled up, the barista asked how I was doing, and I burst into tears. The barista was patient and kind and gave me the space to get my words out and could somehow understand me lol. I got up to the window and got a free cake pop with the message “you can do this!” written on it. I was on the way to plan my dad’s funeral, so wow I sure needed that. I can definitely say the act of kindness contributed to making such a bad day so much more tolerable.

Usually SUPER fast, always friendly, and I’ve never gotten an incorrect or gross order. The staff really makes this place though. They’re so friendly and feel like visiting a little community. They seem to genuinely enjoy being there and it’s nice to see them cleaning, joking together, and working together to get orders out quickly.
