The slowest drive thru starbucks I’ve ever been too. I stopped going to this location for 6 months and decided to give it a try again. I ordered ahead on the app and I was still sitting at the window for 10 minutes after being checked at the order window.

I paid 6$ for a venti matcha with vanilla. I get the item and half of the cup is foam or like froth. That is lowkey ridiculous like i didn’t pay for foam I paid for the liquid. And after I took all the foam out this is how much was actually in the drink.

I hate to leave this but this Starbucks is the worst one. It has a reputation of falling short of Starbucks reputation. Drinks are always messed up and light ice is a mystery to them. It takes forever no matter how short or long the line may be. The lack of quality of the drinks has happened many times over to me and I would rather go to the Starbucks in Target just down the road, better quality. If I’m paying $7 for a coffee I would hope it to be better. I will not spend my money there anymore.

I received 5 star service from !CLAY! It was a few days ago when it was blistering hot out all I did was mention my ac was broke and I could barely touch my steering wheel and he was so thoughtful 2 hand me napkins, so my hands wouldn’t be burnt as well as a large iced water! I couldn’t have been more appreciative!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The world needs more kind people like you!!

Since they remodeled every drink I get here is underfilled. Doesn’t matter which size and it feels like a ripoff. The inside is nice and the people are friendly, so if you need a place to hang out it’s fine. If you want a full cup, go to any other location.
