I stopped in for a $4.25 coffee and was disappointed by the experience. At that price point, I would expect basic items like milk or creamer to be fully stocked. I prefer my coffee light brown with plenty of creamer, but I was told they were running low on milk and couldn’t accommodate that request.

For what customers are paying, it seems reasonable that management would ensure adequate inventory throughout the day. If supplies are running low, I would expect steps to be taken quickly to correct that.

My coffee was also served extremely hot, so I had to wait quite a while before I could drink it. Overall, I expect better consistency and service given the pricing.

I get coffee every single morning before work and I always have the same drive-through window girl who makes my experience bad. She has my drink straw and the card reader already out the window before I even pull up and hands all three things to me at once when I only have two hands. I always feel rushed when she’s at the window because she is so fast paced and rushy that I can’t even get a word in or tell her hold on. I also know it’s not just me thing who feels this way because I have talked to friends and family who have been to the same location and experienced the same thing with her. Either move her off the window or speak to her about having good customer service.

I was here to drop off an order for Instacart and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager even asked if we would like something to drink for doing the order for them. I didn’t know what to get so she surprised me with a white chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup blended frozen drink and OMG it was soooo good, my new favorite!

My wife and I have been riding our bikes with our 2 young kids to this location all summer long multiple times a week. The kids enjoy cake pops. We get our caffeine craving. The male employee last night 7/29/2025 telling us we had to leave because our year and half year old daughter was to loud and he could not have that there was uncalled for. We were actively parenting her and telling her she could not do that and she was to loud. If my kids are out of line I will correct them but you made us feel very unwelcomed.

The first time we were there was fine and the drinks were good. But the next time we went the barista didn’t scan the Starbucks app, so we got no stars and, to make it worse, they gave us the wrong drink. Thankfully When we took the drink back, they gave us the right one. But overall, I was not very pleased with the experience.

Work sent me to this area for two weeks. I visited this location three times in the drive thru, one of those times was a mobile order. Each interaction was terrible. But I’m not taking it personally, however my ex barista heart hurts to see it. They just appeared understaffed and very stressed. And since I’ve been in their shoes before, and noticed each time only 2-3 people on the floor, I can see why. I remember it being very difficult to get things done with only two people. So hopefully you all get some more people soon, and with some positive vibes.

Management really needs to have a conversation with the person working drive thru. They did not have a name tag on but was working on 8/31/24 at 6:50-7am. He is not pleasant whatsoever. He doesn’t greet you. He never seems happy. I work in customer service so I understand some people don’t always have a friendly voice, but there’s no acknowledgment. I’ve been here in interacted with this person at least three times now and each time it’s miserable last week my husband thanked him and got nothing this morning I was missing something in my drink, and I requested that cold foam be added. Drink back didn’t say yes sure or oh I’m sorry about that. Nothing takes it back. Put the cold in it when I said thank you no acknowledgment. This person can clearly speak because they take orders through the drive-through so I’m not sure why they can’t acknowledge customers at the window and why this person has to have such a poor attitude and seem miserable. Management please do yourself a favor and pull them off of working any registers and customer facing interactions and just have them working on making beverages if they can’t be nice, at least five times a week and I’m probably spending $70+ A week here and I’m about ready to take my business elsewhere. I don’t care how good your drinks are doesn’t matter when I start my day with really crappy service.

Two weeks in a row they ran out of Decaf Coffee. I mean how hard can it be to order and stock Coffee!!! Last week they charged me for an Americano instead of giving it to me at the coffee price. And this week they forgot to add Sugar packet and creamer. ALL I WANT IS A HOT CUP OF COFFEE IN THE MORNING!!! OH AND THERE CUPS LEAK ALL OVER THE PLACE SINCE THEIR NEW FANCY MACHINES FILL IT TO THE TOP!
