You all need to retrain employees. I went in at your Legacy Village location on 3:00pm on Sunday November 30th 2025. 2 employees were working when I came in..one making drinks and one was bagging trash. One making drinks were taking orders and soon as another customer rang out I waited at least 5 mins until another young lady came in for her shift and actually took my order. The worker bagging trash couldn’t even stop what she was doing to acknowledge me. I place my order and the worker making the drinks with dread locks didn’t even call my name. I had to wait untill my egg bites came out to ask about my drink and young lady worker who made my drink snarkily replied “it’s right there”. You didn’t even call out my name

Horrible place. Purchased $25 worth of coffee/snacks and a cup of water.
I asked for a WATER refill and was denied. The manager “Rowan” was rude and could care less. I wasn’t even asking for a new cup. I was absolutely ok with reusing my Starbucks cup from earlier to save plastic and said she could only approve a WATER refill with another purchase! How ridiculous and stingy! Shame on you Starbucks! That’s how you treat your loyal customers??!?

Extremely rude staff. I asked the barista making my drink to not add classic. She just looked at me so then I had to go to the other employee and ask him to tell her not to add classic and then she then responded. I got it. Came here numerous times with a guest and we both agreed we won’t come to this location anymore. This is not a typical Starbucks these people are miserable. I will go down the street for a much better experience.

As a Beachwood alumni, I’ve been visiting Legacy Village and the Starbucks in it since the place was built in 2003. Was working in the common outdoor area on a hot day, when I made the mistake venturing into this Starbucks for a cup of water. The barrista refused to provide one unless, I bought an item off the menu. I can see why Legacy is going out of business, times must be hard and nonsense policies like that don’t help. I’ll take my years of business elsewhere.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude and have zero customer service skills. One of the employees making a comment, “I don’t get paid enough for this.” I was charged for a venti and received a tall. When I mentioned this to them, they started making rude remarks.

Awesome location, I visit quite frequently most of the employees have a good attitude, provide excellent customer service. I just visited early morning and one of the employees they had today had a horrible attitude, and did not provide good customer service, I would suggest find the bad apple and send them off. It would be a shame to ruin such a good store’s reputation, just from one of the employees!
