I am a longtime Starbucks customer & am also environmentally conscientious. I purchased several Starbucks reusable ceramic mugs but am denied using them ONLY at this particular Starbucks!! Several years ago I had a conversation with the manager who explained that remnants of morning coffee cannot be on the mug and that it needed to be rinsed—So I rinse my cup when it needs a refill. But this morning. Instead the barista made enough of a scene that the people I was with were uncomfortable and commented on the way out. She would not accept my rinsed mug or allow me to pour coffee from a store ceramic mug into my personal mug. Her comments were demeaning and unnecessary!
If you’re so afraid of germs—you shouldn’t touch the dollar bills and coins in the tip jar! I guarantee that they have far more gems than the cup I wash every day.

Here new the batista are horrible and make fun n talk my back.. 3 batista were very rude I gave n follow my instructions for my drink she didn’t follow n make huge mess on my drink n gave me with dripping side of cup really? Again today same thing I reported !!!
This location is also a great place to work from. It is on the smaller side, but it is always very nice and has great amenities like a reservable conference room upstairs and a fireplace to sit by downstairs.
