I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. There isn’t a time I’ve walked in this Starbies location and not been greeted by at least one employee – but usually more! And when I leave with my mobile order (which is almost always spot-on!), multiple employees are always saying to have a great day, etc. They literally make my day with their personalities and attitudes. Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I’m fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail. Additionally, the employees are fast, friendly, and kind. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Jaylen. He greets everyone with a smile and seems like a genuinely fantastic person. Whenever he is at the window it makes my day. Keep up the great work, team!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not one person acknowledged I was even standing there. I left after a few minutes. Phoned the store an to speak with the manager. Told her what happened and she said she would love to have this conversation. I asked if she was going to reprimand her employees. She said she wasn’t going to so that and hung up on me. I called again. the phone just rang and rang finally someone picked up and hung up immediately. Next is a call to corporate!!!
