I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for more than 10 years, visiting almost every day. For the past 5 years, I’ve been ordering the exact same drink — an iced triple espresso with four pumps of white mocha and a splash of half-and-half — so I know exactly how it should taste and look.

However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. My drink was only filled halfway in a venti cup, and when I mentioned it, the barista just added more ice instead of properly fixing it. The result was a cup full of ice and barely any coffee or milk — not what I paid for, and certainly not the Starbucks quality I’ve come to expect.

As someone who’s been consistently loyal to Starbucks for over a decade, this experience was frustrating and discouraging. I hope Starbucks will take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality control and staff training so loyal customers like me can continue to enjoy the drinks we love.

Went inside because the drive through was long and waited 15-20 for 1 tea. Was never given a receipt literally had to walk out because I would be late. No refund no product. There were literally 7 people working behind the counter.

I understand things get bus sometimes but literally no eye contact they would not talk to me. I personally would not go back to this particular Starbucks

WAY understaffed. 4 employees on a Saturday afternoon. Put an in-store order for one drink. Noticed 7 or more cars waiting as well. Waited 20 minutes. Other stores I have seen up to 11 employees.

Extremely slow. Cashier picks and chooses what orders to work on. Walking around doing anything but making drinks. Waited 10 minutes plus the time it took to leave the review. Sad thing was I was just going to stop at the BP for a drink and saw this Starbucks and I guess I made the wrong decision.
