I had great mobile service here. The drive thru looked a bit challenging (when busy), with back-logged drive thru cars clogging up the parking lot and pedestrian crossing.

I’ve always loved Starbucks, but lately whenever I get cold foam, they’ve been so skimpy with it and barely give me any. For the charge being an extra $1.25, I should get what I’m paying for. I waited for over 20 minutes for two drinks. I had to leave and asked for a refund. Instead of refunding my money they charged me a second time. I had to make a separate trip in order to get my refund. Terrible experience

I love this coffee shop, it’s much better than the one further north and Zanesville that no longer has a lobby you can sit down in. This is a much better Zanesville location it’s got tables and chairs in it where you can sit and visit.

Tastes like they run hot water through reused grounds, so you get water with an essence of coffee and creamer. Worst Starbucks coffee I’ve had and it seems to be an every day thing. I will say the employees are always super nice though! But I’m gonna stick to the Starbucks in Northpointe center.

Although they were very busy at the time I came through the drive thru they were very kind and quick, all things considered. I waited about 25 minutes. The man in the drive thru that handed me my drink was very sweet and made sure to wipe off my cup for me before handing it out (it had caramel on it). Their kindness made the wait more bearable. Great staff at this location! And my coffee was delicious!
