The best staff! I frequent here for down time between school and work and I’m always treated with priority and care. Today there was an incident where the item apart of my mobile order was sold out, but they quickly offered a replacement and even a $4 gift certificate on top of the replacement with ease. I prefer this location over surrounding Starbucks, and the service is always top tier.

My order was made perfectly, and Rocki took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my visit better. Would not recommend to anyone to go to this location because no one should have to have the experience I had. Their is an employee named Gavin who never appears to look happy and when I went thru the drive thru and requested to have a drink remade because the drink tasted so bad that I couldn’t drink it she remade it and then intentionally slammed the drive thru window in my face I contacted the store spoke to the shift lead about the issue and she made the excuse for her that she wouldn’t intentionally slam the window in my face that that wind did it however I saw her physically slam the window shut after she gave me the drink so the wind it not cause the window to slam shut that’s a lie. I attempted to report issue to district manager Kaitlyn and Gavin still to this day works their and when I’ve went into this location since the incident Gavin has given me a dirty look when I walk in followed by a fake have a nice day when I am walking out. It’s gotten to a point that I can’t even go in there because Gavin makes me so uncomfortable and on top of that I’ve recieved several basic lattes whether it be regular espresso, blonde espresso, and ristretto which either almond milk and or oatmilk with no flavor that tasted horrible more times then not and were inconsistent in taste and I’ve made several complaints about this matter and been argued with by employees that their coffee is supposed to taste the way was told the issue would be resolved however still dissatisfied with several drinks. I received several lattes from the Starbucks in Kroger in perrysburg that not only tasted better but consistently taste the same flavor wise and their ran by different management so keep that in mind.

Iced peppermint mochas are my go to drink. Their always just ok anywhere i go. I asked for extra peppermint today 8 pumps and still didn’t taste like mint. I will always go back because I love coffee.

Wrong size, the frap was white, and when trying to point it out the server told me “well that’s what your ordered”. Sigh. I expect slow when they are busy. But coffee should have more than a hint of coffee flavor. Mistakes happen, like the wrong size, but blowing instant attitude isn’t ok. There was no time for a new one, so I wasn’t even looking for a new coffee or my money back, just wanted to share that when it’s this white it’s to much milk/creamer and you can’t taste the coffee at all and the size was wrong so they may want to double check stuff a bit. Starbucks is going downhill hard, here for sure.

Super disappointed and mad! I never have issues here but today, i dont know what was happening. I placed an online order, it said it was ready so I go to pick it up. I pull up and she said they’re making it now. They handed me the food, forgot the crossiant. The line was so long I had to run in with 2 babies all of us in pjs. I told them they forgot the butter crossiant. She said they will make it. She then hands me a chocolate crossiant. At this point I said whatever and took it. I get home and my sandwich has some weird gray sticky hairs all over it!!!! I am disgusted.

I noticed they only have a sign for the food drive outside, and I think it would be so helpful to have one inside on the main counter. It would get people talking about it and thinking about it!

Order two drinks online. Go in only one done. She made for order drinks then mine. Wait almost 10 minutes. By that time first drind was melted. Very disappointed service.

A warm atmosphere Starbucks. The booth style tables offer more privacy than most open layout Starbucks. Features an open patio out front which is a nice seating option for the warmer months. Good and friendly service.
