I like their Iced Brown Sugar Shaken espressos here, though the quality of the drink depends on the barista that makes it. This location is far busier than you’d think and wait time is usually 7 minutes and more depending on the complexity of your order. Not to mention, the workers there look like they’re panicking most of the time while smiling. Your better off going through drive through and being patient. From what I’ve notice, they are only using one espresso bar station and the rest seems turned off or broken (would explain wait times). IDK but it looks like the location isn’t given like tools for success. I’m giving it 4 stars cause the barista I like was there and he made my fav drink beautifully. Also, STOP WRITING ON THE CUPS! Them silly messages ruin a perfectly good looking cup whenever I wanna take a pic with it.

Honestly just avoid this location if you can. The slowest Starbucks drive thru known to man. Even if you’re the only one in line it takes way too long to make your order. Also the drinks have hardly any effort put into it to make it accurately. I mean even my order which is just iced coffee with a splash of cream, they drown the thing in cream like where is the coffee? I’d rather just drive to the grove city location. And, there’s no bathroom for customers, always a pet peeve of mine.

Always a ridiculously long wait for order. Order ahead and it’s not ready when the app says it should be, not even close. Today I was second in line at the drive thru and after waiting 10 minutes I gave up and left. Cars in line behind me were leaving too. I have received coffee that is under poured and burnt tasting. It’s the only drive thru on the entire Westside. Go to the Starbucks in Kroger. You have to get out of your car but it is better drinks and service. I have given up on this Starbucks.

I visited this location during a busy rush and still had a great experience! The staff was friendly and worked really hard to get orders out. I could tell they were understaffed, but they handled it well. My drink turned out great, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Thank you!

Slow service. I ordered ahead on the app, but ended up sitting in the drive thru behind one car for over 10 minutes. My food and coffee were no longer fresh hot when I got them. The crew member at the window wasn’t very friendly either, no greeting, no apologies for my wait, and no response when I said “Have a good day”.

Consistently and by far the worst Starbucks in Columbus. Workers have no customer service. Literally just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. 20 minutes was spent stuck at the window after we already paid waiting on only 3 drinks and I see the workers inside reorganizing the counter space(?) This Starbucks always takes the longest out of any other I’ve been in, even when both the inside and drive thru lines are less than 3 people each.

While picking up a DoorDash order at this Starbucks, I greeted the employee but was ignored. When I tried to give the customer’s name, the employee raised her voice and told me to “speak up.” The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope staff are reminded to treat customers and delivery drivers with basic courtesy.
