THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION IN COLUMBUS!!. waited over 20 mins to place my order in the drive thru with about 6 cars ahead, ok maybe theyre busy inside, maybe theyre short staffed whatever. When its my time to order you can hear the employees laughing and talking with each other in the background, okay fine enjoy the work day. Another 20 mins or so goes by. The lady in front of me tried to back up after she already left the line. The employee named Sally told me I need to move back. Negative. Sally then asks me what I ordered AFTER she gives me my change….u cashed me out but dont know what I ordered?? instresting. She then says they go in order….so you should know that I ordered 1 drink and a pup cup…..excuse after excuse why she couldnt do her job properly. So almost an hr later I got my ICED DRINK WITH A SLEEVE?? What a waste of cardboard…and was told to have the day i deserved followed by her slamming the window(Reaaaaalllll tough lmao)……BY THE WAY THEY HAD 6 EMPLOYEES! WORKING …not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 not 5 but 6!!!! AND ONLY 4 CUSTOMERS SEATED INSIDE (ALREADY BEEN SERVED) . 6 employees(one was taking trash out) and less than 10 customers and still took almost an hr. Mind u this is at 11am. Do better and Sally, respectfully keep that attitude next time when someone comes inside after u slam the window in their face instead of hiding behind a coworker.

Been at this location 3x. Not friendly, seems one ‘bad apple’ affects the associates that are trying, drink has never been made/tasted like the rest. Not fond of ‘short” answers to a question about menu items. Will by-pass this location.

I was the only customer in the store and I waited 20 minutes past my expected ready time for a burnt iced coffee that tasted like dirt and had no effort put into making it even half right. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, will not be back.

It’s Thanksgiving, perhaps she didn’t want to be there this morning but I highly suggest you give the girl with the long red hair working the window a class in customer service. I came to window with a 100 dollar bill, she said she didn’t know if she could break it, then said she would try. Ok fine, but you’re Starbucks you should have change for a 100 dollar bill. She handed me my drinks, 3 coffees, I asked if she had stoppers she said no and shut the window on me. I sat there for a minute in an attempt to contain myself. I don’t know what it is with this location but this one has the absolute RUDEST employees!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been there greeted with a smile. All smug and nasty. Only reason I ever go there is that it is close. I just don’t get it. I am a grown 50 yr old woman, I’ll be damned if a young girl is going to disrespect me the way she did today. This location needs to do better!

The drive thru is thee absolute slowest one I have ever been to. Every time i get a drink here it’s never ready in the time frame given and the drive thru is just ungodly slow.

Negative experience overall. Took us a half hour to get through the line (only 5 cars in the line including us). Once at the window, employee seemed very confused. She asked us what we had ordered multiple times. Gave us a drink that wasn’t our order, took it back & asked “did you take a drink of this?”. She did not appear to throw it away. Did she give that to another customer even though a non employee had it?

Our drinks we did receive were obviously not made correctly as well.

This location is so extremely slow no matter what time of the day. Everyday staff member I came across seems very disoriented and unsure of their job. The coffee drinks are never consistent in taste.
