I wasnt going to say anything at first but this put me in a bad mood to start my morning before i have to go tow work. . I ordered a bakery item well in advance and decided i wanted to i add a coffee about 3 minutes from the store. The lady who opened the window didn’t even give me a nice greeting first , but stated “next time if you could give us more time to make your order it typically takes…” I’d understand if i came to the window being impatient but i had already ORDERED something and decided to ADD something else. Still before i got to the store. I won’t be coming back to this location again thank you.

Food is normal Starbucks. Service is pleasant. Business is STIFFELING. I understand its winter and 20° outside, but thats no reason for the indoor temps to be in the 90°s! The baristas were VISIBLY SWEATING and complaining about the heat saying this was the NOT THE FIRST TICKET THEY HAD PUT IN FOR SERVICE THIS MONTH, OR THIS YEAR. Apparently this level of uncomfortable AC/Heat is the usual here. Management and owners of this location are a disgrace and need to find a solution.

We walked in at 635 needing 4 boxes of coffee….and they were able to deliver even though they were understaffed. Great experience all around, they were in good moods and smiling even though there were probably only half of the amount of people needed here! Always a solid stop for my caffeine fix! The drinks are consistent and delicious, and the baristas at this location are especially friendly and efficient. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly and my order is always right. The space is clean and cozy—great for grabbing coffee on the go or staying for a bit to get work done. I also appreciate the seasonal drinks and how easy the mobile ordering makes everything. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!
Cherry chai needs to be a permanent staple!

Ordered 2 refreshers made with water not lemonade, they were made with lemonade which is not a huge deal, but when we went back and said they were made wrong and we wanted it made with water the girl at the window had her hands out insisting she needed to take back the wrong drinks- which number one – we weren’t lying, number two- we didn’t want them anyway. It made me feel like they thought we were lying and trying to get free drinks and it was really rude and embarrassing.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in Columbus. No matter when I get here it’s up to 15 minutes in drive thru. If I go to Lane Ave I’m there 5 minutes tops and that’s with the same amount of cars.

The employees here were terribly rude to our family when we told them all we had was cash to pay for our drinks. How un-American to not take currency. I saw other reviews that it is because then they can’t then hand you their machine to ask for a “tip”. A tip? Why am I tipping for you to do your job correctly? The tipping thing has gotten way out of hand, especially with the over-priced drinks here. When we told them we didn’t have anything on us except cash they said we needed to leave. Corporate Starbucks should be ashamed of this place! Our family always goes to Starbucks but think All 7 of us will be patronizing Crimson Cup & other smaller shops who actually care about their customers from now on.
